Check in was smooth, parking convenient, comfortable beds. The floor did not look dirty but walking barefoot it was somewhat gritty. Needed an extra washing.

Rug was falling apart at the seams, curtains were broken. Was clean, but overall feeling was you were staying a a dump. Location was close to the beach and check in was easy and pleasant.

For one night it was ok, and it was relatively cheap.
The only bonus is that it is walking distance to the beach. Bed was uncomfortable. Futon was broken. Water was leaking into the bathroom from the ceiling.
Nice neat and tidy rooms. Close the Casino Ballroom for shows.

The hotel was fine for the price but very old wiring, fixtures and more need updating badly!
Good location but needs repairs the bathroom ceiling was coming down and splitting the furniture was slanted and propped up with cardboard and door had 1 screw left in the top hinge
