Great place to stay after crossing the Atlantic on the Queen Mary 2. Great harbor views on both sides of the hotel, great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Very nice spa with indoor pool and steam rooms. I would stay here again.

The lack of directions how to use coffee maker was annoying. Overly complex lighting really was a pain. Yanni was superb. Had trouble understanding some staff.
Conveniently located near the cruise ship terminal. The staff went out of the way to help us. The room was excellent with a terrace overlooking the harbour.
Beautiful views, rooms, hotel service including concierge and driver. Very top notch!!! Not so good Harbar- seafood not fresh, service poor

Good optics, poor functionality. Heating/cooling very annoying 19 c is lowest it would go on cooling, 66F. With sun warmth, felt uncomfortably hot. Roasting upstairs breakfast day 1 and 2, day 3, had A C on. Dining room disorganized. V. Complex coffee maker with no direction. No grab bar to sleep down fr shower. Good location, convenient, pleasant.

Amazing experience. Staff was very helpful. Accommodations were above my expectations. Located fairly close to Oxford Street, which was a fun place to spend an evening. This hotel is also located close to the port, where our cruise ship disembarked. By the way, the hotel gave us a complimentary ride to the port, which was also very nice.
