I stayed here quite a lot a few years ago and am only back as hotels near work are full but glad I am. Was given an upgrade to a huge room with a four poster bed (shame the romance is lost as I'm here alone). Staff friendly, bar food pretty decent and some interesting bottled beers. Breakfast gets busy so pick your time (not 7:30!) but food is fine. Free coffee to go in reception is a nice touch.

Plus points... Friendly and helpful staff Great breakfast Good location Ample car parking Fantastic bed and pillows Could do better....... Room and bathroom a bit tired All in all a good stay and would stay again

I can remember when this was the Queen Hotel, yes its been brought up to date - it is very airy and modern. We attended a celebration recently and we were given a spacious meeting/conference room where we were all able to sit and chat. We had our own bar, and the buffet lunch they laid on was very good. The occasion was sad, but the hotel made it extremely welcoming.

What can I say you get what you pay for and this hotel has the lot.The service is great and the staff always go above and beyond. The rooms are clean and well presented. Lots of car parking space is available and blue badge parking at the front.

Family of 4, 2Adults 2Kids booked as a package deal through Legoland. We was very impressed with our 1 night stay here. on arrivable the kids were given an activity pack and a voucher to get free milk&cookie from the bar. The room was lovely and spaceous comfy beds lots of towels, toiletries, hair dryer, ironing board, fridge, large tv and tea/coffee (power shower in the bathroom was amazing). In the morning we had unlimited breakfast there was so much choice from cereal yoghurts fresh fruit smoothies croistants bread ham cheese fresh juices hot drinks full english breakfast. you don't have to be out your room until 12 so after breakfast we took advantage of the health spirit spa that was included in the stay they have a swimming pool gym jacuzzi steam room and sauna a nice relaxing end to the stay. When we departed the kids were given a travel snack box for there journey home All staff were very helpful and friendly couldnt have asked for a nicer stay

Amazing stay at the Farnborough Holiday Inn. Staff were beyond helpful, food was great, dinner and breakfast and lots of treats for our daughter. The room was great. Would definitely book again. Thanks

The Holiday Inn Farnborough is a quirky building perhaps formerly a hospital? Good location, attractive reception and restaurant ares. We were on the second floor - there are no lifts. Car parking free and more than adequate. Staff are friendly enough. But the room was just not good enough for the price. We had an 'executive room' so the non-executive rooms must be even worse. Very small, bed not big enough. No air conditioning. Loud traffic noise coming through the open window early in the morning We had to look hard to find more than one set of towels. We will not be returning.

This is by far the best Holiday Inn I've stayed in. Amazing and polite staff , exceptionally comfortable beds , good size rooms and also clean !! The hotel were unaware that I am disabled and on arrival they changed our room to one on a lower ground level so that I didn't have to struggle with so many stairs 👍 I would say the only negative is the lack of disabled parking spaces or those being used by non disabled drivers / blue badge holders !! But otherwise I can not fault the hotel, We will be back to stay again 👌👍

Stayed for five nights as part of a legoland deal. Hotel is very tired and in need of a makeover. Floor and chairs in restaurant were filthy on our first day. Food is nice but £15 for fish and chips is a bit steep. Had extremely annoying people in the room next door which had an adjoining door and they were smoking and it was seeping under the door into our room. I complained to the reception and before I even got back to the room they had sent someone to sort it out so top marks there. After finding the teaspoon in our room was clearly a used one I asked the cleaner if I could possibly have a clean one and without even pausing from the conversation she was having on her mobile phone she snatched it from me and took it into next doors toilet, rinsed it under the cold tap and gave it back to me. When we arrived there was a tray full of dirty dishes on the floor in the middle of the corridor and it remained there for 48 hours before it was cleared away. Don't think I'll bother staying again.

Not stayed in a Holiday Inn for ages. We liked the look of the building from the website and the facilities (pool). Anyway, really nice. Good sized room, on site restaurant good too and a stonking breakfast. We stayed one night on our way further south. For the time of year surprisingly inexpensive - there were five of us and we had adjoining rooms. Staff were really helpful and the overall standard was really very good for this type of hotel. Would defo recommend. Good location for Legoland, Windsor and Hearhrow.
