Fun property especially for the grandchildren
Always a fun time!
We had a great time. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to an emergency with family being admitted to hospital three hours away. We were not able to stay the entire planned trip. Is there a chance to recover part of our stay?
The water park was great, however everything else was geared solely toward families. It would be nice if there were more options for adults or at the very least, for the amenities to stay open beyond 9 p.m.
The lodge itself has so much potential. The indoor rides and pool are designed with families in mind, indoor water entertainment perfected. However, I say potential because the upkeep and housekeeping of the incredible facilities has something to be desired. For example, the many bandaids and wrappers you are walking over while in line for the rides is repulsive and makes one think about the overall cleanliness of the lodge. The room was also not very clean, there were hairs all over the bathroom floor and tub when we first checked into our room...obviously not ours. Yuck! Staff attitude was also very hit or miss, inconsistent service. Some members of their staff, like the reception/check in, were fantastic. They made you excited to be a part of the “Wolf lodge family” and did an excellent job of explaining the facilities and programs they have to offer, incredibly informative and enthusiastic. Fast forward to the actual programs, staff carrying out the sing a longs, or staff running the water rides themselves could not muster the energy to say hello or even a “your welcome” when my kids thanked them for helping them into the raft, time after time. I realize the age group for these staff members were quite young, but in a facility like the wolf lodge one would expect the staff to at least act like they liked their job for a few hours a day. Having to make up for their lack of energy & politeness was exhausting.
Beautiful property. My 1 and 3 year old had a great time. Buffet was delicious. Arcade was a lot of fun

We loved how many activities there are for the kids and all of the dining options. It’s also clean and everyone is so helpful and friendly
I felt the price we paid was too much for the room. The bathroom sink was clogged The water park was amazing. I would definitely come back for the day for that.
A fun destination hotel, huge water park and lots of other fun family activities. Pretty good to navigate as a single parent, too- helpful and friendly staff!
