Such a beautiful facility! All staff we interacted with (front desk, breakfast host and housekeeping) were very friendly and always had a smile on their face! The continental breakfast was wonderful! I didn't note we needed 2 connected rooms when reserving, so I called to confirm and they were totally accomodating.

While the hotel itself was nice, we had a terrible experience that was not handled appropriately. After we came back from an event, at about 12:45am someone came and started banging and kicking our room door saying they were the cops. My husband could see through the peep hole that he was in fact not a police officer and refused to let him in. This person persisted to bang on our door and argue with my husband that he was a police officer. We called the front desk (at which point this person left our door) and she said she would look to see what the issue was. Our room was not far from the front desk, so how she did not hear all of this going on is beyond me. The next morning we tried to follow up with the front desk who ultimately did nothing. The night shift person did not call the cops (even though impersonating a police officer is a felony) and hopefully he was not successful in getting into someone else's room. After my husband spoke to the front desk that morning, I followed up an hour later at which time they still had taken no action. The manager on shift had not yet talked to the night shift person because she had wanted to let her sleep and stated she needed another manager to access the camera footage. First off, it's a hospitality business, sometimes you are needed on the weekends - so why didn't she just call him? Why weren't the police called? If it was a guest, wouldn't you try to access the footage immediately to be able to catch him? If he wasn't a guest how

We traveled here by bike and really enjoyed the stay! Hot tub, pool and sauna facilities were clean and enjoyable. Excellent morning breakfast with lots of options. And free cookies in the evening! We will definitely stay here again.
The room was clean and the service was good. Breakfast was fine. The property along a busy highway with tons of retail around it. I would have preferred a more quiet setting. But the hotel was fine.

Thank you for your review, Dawn. We take the security and safety of our guests very seriously and feel fortunate that our hotel is in a great location and guests are typically well-behaved. We apologize for the behavior of one of our guests who was having issues with noise from another room. Instead of calling the front desk and reporting the noise, this guest took things into their own hands and inadvertently mistook your space for the room. Our night auditor was comfortable with the fact that the troublesome guest had left the hotel, and all was quiet. Once again, we apologize for the disturbance you encountered and hope you will stay with us again so we can offer you a positive and memorable stay we are well known for providing.
