We had the worst night ever!! It’s a well conserved old building but it keeps the heat from the day. Literally we were suffocated, not only because it was too hot, but we couldn’t breath, there’s no AC in the rooms. We wanted to open the window, but it was too noisy outside. My husband stayed at the lobby from 3am until next morning cause he couldn’t sleep, he was trying to have some fresh air. He requested a fan, but the person who was in the reception didn’t speak English. On the next day we made the comment to another staff member, but she just say “oh sorry”. A nightmare experience!
