The front desk could not find my reservation. Couldn’t find my payment. Pool was close for Maintenance on the Weekends. Bedsheets did not look clean.
Very fast check in
The pictures that was shown online of the hotel wasn’t what I saw when I arrived. The bathroom walls had black mold. Sad part they try to cover it up with wall paper. The water is super hot (boiling water from a stove) as soon as you turn the water on, even on cold. I luckily pull my hand back fast enough to not get burn. The pillows was dirty along with the sheets. The curtains has some weird brown stuff on it. The hallways smelled like urine. When trying to use the microwave in the room, sparkles start coming from inside. My husband could’ve got seriously hurt. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay, unless you need a place to stay just for one night because your tired and can’t drive no farther.
Friendly staff, great breakfast with waffles in morning. room/bathroom kind of outdated/old
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel I think it was a wonderful location to Hershey park. The breakfast area was cleaned regularly, I feel like the only downside was the carpet in the room and hallway that needs to be deep washed clean with a professional machine. And the pool itself was cloudy and the room was extremely warm and humid I didn't smell any chlorine in the water so I'm not sure how clean that was I did not get in the pool. A ton of spotted Lantern flies are in the area, a diner is directly across the street which was helpful during times of hunger not much going on in the area but with a car you can definitely get around to get to Hershey Park probably a 15-minute ride. A great view from the window the only downside to the window is that you couldn't open it fully with a screen as the only thing stopping a small child from Falling out the window, I wish they limited how wide you can open the window or put bars especially since I did specify that a small child was traveling with me. The place is in need of upgrades and renovations nothing too severe to make your stay not enjoyable but enough nuances like someone previously broke the shower curtain rod they reinstalled it closer to the shower head so as I showered the shower curtain kept sticking on to me room 311.
The hotel was close to Hershey Park, and the staff was very friendly. I would go back there again!
pool was not maintained properly so couldn't swim in it, water was green. Hallways were dirty Staff was very nice and handled complaints very well trying to get things corrected but they were short staffed
Here for a quick family visit. Clean room/good bed/decent breakfast
Breakfast was ok - cereal and bagel options. The indoor pool was not clean and it smelled terrible in that room, we couldn’t stand the smell and didn’t use the pool because of that, otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. 13 minutes from Hershey, not bad price for what you get.
Nice staff
The hotel was only a 13 minute drive from Hershey Park, so it was great to have a clean, courteous place to go to after a long day. The breakfast had a surprisingly broad menu, and was replenished, as items ran out. The check-in was easy and all of the staff were very cordial. There's a diner right next door, if you want a restaurant meal. Would definitely come again.
First walk in to check in at 7pm. Girl that was suppose to be at the front desk just laying in a chair and shoots over to me. You checking in. Floors were dirty throughout the whole hotel. Sleeping staff gives unfolded towels. Which smelt like the pool. Kids went swimming in the pool and they said it was all slimy like they haven’t been cleaning it. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. I spent good money on a suite for 5 of us. And the place was disgusting. Should have stayed somewhere else.
It was great
outside looks recently updated interior needs some upgrades. wallpaper coming off the walls, broken tile in bathroom, stains on bathroom walls. poor ceiling repair it looked like it was going to fall at any minute, door kept locking and unlocking all night
The staff was very pleasant. My only suggestion is clean your carpets. They are horrible. Room 204 also had stains on ceiling. But in general it was very clean.
It was ok. The elevators were kind of gross and the pool was super foggy but the room was o
I felt very safe and the staff was helpful, but the pool was murky and the mattresses were hard.
