I was charged three times for one night. I have called to state my case and have been denied a refund. Hotels.com’s system was having issues on that night, when I showed up to the hotel they did not have my reservation. I called hotels.com back and was told to wait 2 hours and all should be okay. I was standing at the front desk ready to check in and I was expected to wait in the lobby for two hours? I told the gentleman on the phone to cancel my reservation and was told again call back in 2 hours, I called the next day because I was charged for this and now I have to spend time on the phone asking for a refund for something that was not my mistake. Your system was down so do the right thing and stop pointing fingers at the red roof inn.
