Easy check in and friendly Staff. Rooms are nice.

Check in was easy. There was plenty of green spots for my French bulldog to take care of business. Close to where I was visiting.

Great indoor pool

the window in the room was extremely dirty, was hard to see what is going on outside. There was no view anyway! Just big AC machineries, engines, etc. The lobby was under renovation, one day we had to go through some offices in order to get from the elevator to the lobby.

I purchase the addition insurance to cover my room rental. Unfortunately, i lost my cc the day i needed to.check nd was out of town. I couldn't check in but paid in full online. I'll nevr you this 3rd party service again or the book a room at this hotel.

Great hotel- no complaints- would stay again- everything as described

It was clean but a normal hotel. No wow factor but it was nice.

Room and hotel overall very clean but the beds are awful-so hard that my back was sore each morning.

The staff were great, but the hotel did not have the right priorities in my view -Internet barely worked. -bathroom lacked fan so mirrors and room fogged up completely. -strange policy about swimming should change: swimmers in suits tracked water all across lobby floor in front of main elevators- floor very slick - brought it into the elevator...perhaps set a policy to wipe feet and wear a robe after swimming?

I booked a standard, king, non-smoking room and was given a handicap accessible room. I was told I could not change because the hotel was booked. When I checked out five days later I mentioned this and was told that they could have moved me after the first night. That was really helpful to inform me of that as I was checking out. Also, the room was not well sound-proofed and noises from outside the room made it difficult to sleep. In addition, there were not dark curtains to block out the outside light, which also made sleeping difficult. Most hotels provide free breakfast; this hotel charges $11 for breakfast. Hilton has a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied, but apparently I wasn't dissatisfied enough for that to kick in. In the future, I will stay elsewhere.

First time visiting OKC. Nice area, and easy to get to our destinations. I would look into staying here again in the future.

The location is great! The bar/restaurant is really nice and the food is great! The custom-ordered fresh breakfast definitely starts your day off right! The staff is very helpful.

we loved r stay here the rooms were very clean and the location was very nice

I am shocked, appalled and disgusted with the new staff in this hotel. I have stayed here, collectively, for more than 2 years. I know the owner and am shocked that he has allowed his hotel to go to the dogs like this. The staff... I know they are as happy as they can be but the dress, or lack of, makes this hotel a ONE star. The appearance, location, etc. are perfect. However, when one goes to breakfast you feel that you are at a tacky bikers bar. One of the so called bartenders is so bad that I almost walked my tab. Sometimes we wished to hug the waiters and take them shopping for work clothing. I stayed several days, as usual, and had my rate changed many times. I was charged without consent, led down the path and saddened.... nuf said. My experience was as simple as one word.... SHOCKED

I only stayed for one night, but it was an enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and attentive. There was a sports bar inside the hotel which also had good food. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, but some minor communication issues. Booked a room with 2 queen beds & received a room with 1 king bed. Requested a cot to sleep on and it was delivered upright and without sheets. The breakfast offered wasn't clearly marked, so ended up paying for an omelet that wasn't part of the free breakfast. The bartender at the attached bar was very friendly and knowledgeable, however. Not sure if I would pick this again with so many other options nearby.
