Slow to check-in. Not enough outlets, none by bed for technology recharging. Parking right by the door so easy to pack and unpack your car. Limited access from highway, a plus for security.

good hotel with quiet location and good breakfast.

This is a quiet hotel toward the edge of town. It has a nice hot tub and good breakfast. Wifi was great here.

Stayed here for one night while passing through during the off season. There were only 2 other rooms being occupied, so instead of not putting out the breakfast bar, the owner just asked us what time we wanted breakfast and what we wanted. He made us eggs and sausage to order, and had waffle batter ready to go. Very friendly and great service! The rooms are basic, but welcoming after spending all day on the road. It was a tad pricey, considering that we got a much nicer suite at a Doubletree in CO Springs for just $20 more, but it was the cheapest rate in Gunnison. Will stay again if we pass back through in the future. Thanks for the breakfast!

This is 2nd stay there. I'm a professional landscape photographer from Colorado Springs. The Roadway is quiet, has a great staff and amenities and the price is really a bargain too......love it.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free wifi signal was strong thus we had no trouble surfing the web for things to do. Free breakfast included the usual continental fare (cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, pastry, fruit, etc.) plus scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. The hotel was about 2 miles from downtown Gunnison. If you are looking for a no-frills, clean, comfortable place to sleep at a good price, this is it.

Our room was fine for one night. Would not have wanted to stay longer

Our visit to the Gunnison area was topped off with a quiet place to stay after touring the area and all of the awesome outdoorsy activities. Perfect for our quick visit to the area and the price was acceptable. Nothing fancy but clean and the staff were very friendly. We are only looking for a safe, quiet, clean place to sleep.

Okay hotel, but not quite worth what we paid for the room.

Hiking in the Crested Butte and Gunnison areas I needed a quiet, clean room to collapse in. The room was sparse but all I needed, very helpful staff, great hot breakfast and good coffee. I'll stay here next June when I come for a wedding.
