• While we maintain regular professional pest control and a high standard of cleanliness, this is a natural setting, and the occasional friendly bug may stop by.
• Maintenance: Routine maintenance may occur during your stay; we will notify you in advance. The hall bathroom tub drains slowly due to its design, which is normal.
• Note: Like many homes along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, this property is set back from the main train line inland. You may occasionally hear distant train sounds, especially at night. For your comfort, white noise machines will be available in the house if needed.
