Staff were great
There was a Bobby pin in my bedsheets…and drink rings that had not been wiped off on the nightstand. The vent fan in the bathroom screeched but you couldn’t have light in there without it. There was no way to vary the temp on the air conditioner….the only option was 61 degrees. But we were only there for one night and got in late so we didn’t say anything. Other than that…it served its purpose and the staff was really nice.
We tried to check in early. They said it wouldn't be ready until 3 or 3:30. Check in was at 3. Then it wasnt ready until 5:20. They werent worried about it. Usually they will make an early check in a priority. I wouldn't stay here again simply bc my room couldn't even be available at check in and they didnt try to prioritize.
Loved this place will definitely try to stay again
The hotel was very nice; and the location was very convenient. We were in a area where there were a lot of places to shop and dine.
Great staff everyone was very helpful they went above and beyond and Shinto was a awesome help
A dehumidifier was provided in the room, however it was so loud the only time I would stand to have it operating was when I was not in the room. Reached down toward floor to pick something up and found a strong urine smell. The staff was friendly but the rooms were poor quality. Find another hotel to stay at while in Gulfport.
This was one of the best night's we've had alone in a long time.. The next weekend we have here soon we will be back to join you guys. The overall stay was great. Thanks a million

Plenty of places in walking distance to eat, shop etc. close to interstate and airport etc. The only issues are the rates could be better and also if are not paying attention, you will pass your road up, so you will have to get into traffic to turn around and try it again. Other than that, it seems to be a quiet atmosphere.
The hotel was wonderful. I slept better than I did at home. Clean, cozy, just great. The only thing I think they should consider, is putting a refrigerator in the King Suite. My father in law had that room and it was not what we expected. I was going to get that room, but I booked my room for my self, my husband and my daughter and we only had the one bed, then they changed it and got us one with 2 queen beds.
We loved it. Close to shopping and the beach. Great clean room and great service and staff.

When we arrived at the hotel our room had been given away. After much rangling with the hotel staff they gave us a handicapped accessible room with a queen size bed. We paid for and reserved a room with 2 double beds [...]. Unfortunately we had to find other local accomodations for our 2 children since we only had 1 bed! Unfortunately there were no apologies or concessions made by the hotel. Additionally, the indoor pool was closed and not in operation.
