Sundune is a beachfront, brand-new luxury home, located at the end of Fort Morgan, in the exclusive, gated community of The Dunes. This spacious retreat features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with a 3rd-floor bonus area, thoughtfully designed to accommodate large families in comfort and style. Highlights include a private heated pool and a dedicated game room, perfect for both outdoor relaxation and indoor entertainment. With modern coastal finishes and a serene beachside setting, Sundune offers the ideal blend of luxury, fun, and tranquility.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need in your home away from home. The dining area seats eight, and there are nine barstools for additional seating.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper sectional.

• The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an attached full bathroom.

• The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an attached full bathroom.

• The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an attached full bathroom.

• The fifth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an attached full bathroom.

• The sixth bedroom has a king-sized bed and an attached full bathroom.

• The seventh and eighth bedrooms are located on the third floor within a spacious bonus room. These two sleeping areas share a full bathroom, making them ideal for families or groups. Please note: there is no door separating the two bedrooms, as they are part of an open-concept layout within the bonus space.

• The seventh bedroom features a queen-size bed.

• The eight-bedroom features two full-size beds and two loft-style twin beds built above. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk. Additionally, this space features a fun arcade room with three arcade games and seating suitable for all ages.

• Parking for four cars is available in the driveway, and overflow parking is available on the street. If you wish to rent a golf cart, we recommend contacting Island Carts at 251-279-0718.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• You must provide your own propane for the grill.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card.
