The Space:
Bama Barefoot Beach House is the lower level of a charming duplex within the quiet Spinnaker Pointe community — a boutique, low-density development featuring only 10 total units. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers a welcoming blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm, highlighted by a large private balcony perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, and relaxing with peaceful Little Lagoon views.
Inside, the open living area features cozy, updated furnishings, a mounted 60" smart TV, and seamless access to the balcony. The dining table seats six comfortably, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar, making it easy to gather for meals, games, and conversation. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, private en-suite bath, and direct balcony access. Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen bed, while Bedroom 3 includes a versatile trundle setup — a full bed on the bottom, twin on top, and an additional pull-out single — ideal for families and kids. This thoughtfully designed layout can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
