Perched on the 15th floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club, this stunning condo provides panoramic vistas from the balcony, living room, dining area, master bedroom, and master bath. Step onto the balcony to take in the sugar-white sand beach, Avalon pool, wading pool, and hot tub. Upon arrival, as you exit the elevator and approach the entry door, you'll be captivated by the expansive views of the Gulf of America and The Beach Club’s beautifully landscaped grounds. Complimentary WiFi is accessible throughout the condo and the resort.

The dining area comfortably seats six at the table, with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar.

Beach/Pool: Additional amenities day pass can be purchased for $45 through the Clubhouse Follow all posted rules for beach and pool use. Rinse off sand before entering the property. No glass containers in the pool area.
Check-Out Procedures: Ensure all doors and windows are locked. Return keys to the designated location. Dispose of all trash and leave the property in good condition.
Respect: Treat the property with respect. Be considerate of neighbors and other guests. One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Very beautifully decorated. The kitchen organization is a mess. It looks like whoever cleaned the kitchen just threw things wherever they found an empty spot. The balcony door handle was dirty (not sure if that is cleanable). Overall a nice stay.
