When in Samui I usually pay here a visit a few times, as it is usually quiet & you get the use of there pool / sun loungers for near free (buy at least 1 drink) I cant comment on there food as I have never ate here, but what I can say is that the last few times I have ordered a bottled beer, the beer has been off ! (tasted horrible)Twice now I have pointed it out to the bar staff that their beer is out of date (date on the bottle), but either the staff don't care or the management don't care, not planning on visiting any time soon

Run down resort, expensive drinks and looks like a ghost town! Myself and partner were staying nearby in a private let house and were informed by the owner that we could use the facilities in Arayburn "Boutique" resort, which we have done twice, only to access the fantastic beach which the resort spoils! We bought a couple of soft drinks which were way over priced (condition of beach access) and were served by rude staff, the place would have looked amazing 15 years ago however it appears that nothing has been done since. The pool appeared dirty and unkempt as did the surrounding area, somewhat of a rubbish tip! Litter and dirty glasses left and garden area unattended to, well overgrown! AVOID!! - Cancel if you can and rebook elsewhere!!

Well here it is 1. It's going to cost you a lot of money to get from the airport or the ferry to the hotel. Or if you want to go anywhere they will Nickel and dime you if you take a cab. We rented a scooter saved us a lot of money. 2. Once we got there we were already in Thailand for 3 weeks, stayed in a lot of other places and ate a lot of food, this was the only place I got sick from the food, plus it's really exspensive to eat at this hotel. 3. The bed in the room was so hard I think the floor was softer. 4. They have these bugs out side that every morning are so damn loud they woke us up, when I asked if we could move to a different room they said everything was booked, funny we saw no other guest. But I could of upgraded for a crap load of money. The only good thing about this place was the beach, and the hotel dogs, they were fun to play with. Honestly I feel all they cared about was us giving them our baut. I will go to Thailand again but I will not stay here.

Lovely setting. Could have heaps of potential But Prawn Red curry was: -Yellow (turmeric? Curry? Not sure..) -Minimal sauce. No need for rice in fact. -More inedible prawn heads than meat Service was lacking. After giving my drinks order (a well-made Margarita), the waiter disappeared to the back, out of sight ie not to be further disturbed from his emails etc, despite handing me the food menu as he knew I wanted to order lunch. I had to go to the back to find him. I'm thinking that this hotel either doesn't train the staff well or more likely, doesn't incentivise them properly. Never again. On-the-Rocks dining facility or not!

Terrible place to stay. Dont even think about it. Very far away from everything. The staff was average and you have alot of chance of getting lost on your way back to the resort from island centre. Rooms are also not in a very good condition.

Unique and quite place with amazing staf!! Been here from 14 till 20 August 2016, Little bit far from the center but with the motorbike like 20 minutes to all bars, clubs and restaurants with plenty kind of food.

Back in 2006 we visited this hotel. We had a great trip, the hotel was fine, the staff sweet and polite. In the evening we went to the city to eat, i really enjoyed the Beach restaurants. The Beach is very private and no loud Music is destroing the experience, no waterscooters ect. There was stones in the beachwater when you go out... That is the only negative thing i can come up with..... You can no do much about Nature.... The view is beautiful !!!!

This Hotel is in a quiet area on a private beach shared by a few other small resorts never more than 10 people on the beach at once, water was amazing, nice sand. There is some construction going on next door but honestley we never heard any noise as the sound of the waves was all we could hear! We had room 103 an ocean front bungalow, superb! Room was huge, king bed, flat creeen tv ( we never turned on) , large wardrobe, refrig, desk seating area and large bathroom and the best a front porch with chairs and coffe table and a patio with loungers all over looking the beach! The resort has 2 pools which are quite nice a beachfront bar - with great drinks and great staff. Breakfast is included and was the best we while in Thailand omelette station, toast , juice, cereal, yogurt, fesh fruit, pancakes as well as thai choices- all you can eat buffet and very good. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner twice and it was good. The Fried Shrimp app was huge and delicous as was the Greek Salad. We booked tours with the company across the street and did a few day tours. This is not wlking distnce to much but the resort offers a shuttle 4 times a day to Chaweng, once was enough for us we at a local market which was awesome but to busy and crowded for our liking.

The resort is in a very quiet location in Bophut. Is ideal for relaxing. The stuff is very kind and helpful. Although is in a quiet location, Chanweng and Lamai beaches are no more then 20 - 25 minutes ride if you have a scooter. Good value for the money!

They messed up my reservation but after I complained, the friendly manager quickly proposed a solution. The bungalows are big with balcony and directly on a small, secluded, clean and quiet beach on the northeastern tip of Samui. This is about 20min from Chaweng and 10min from airport, so if you're looking for party, this ain't for you (or you rent a car or motorbike which are both cheap). There are some rocks in the shallow waters, so be careful with your toes.
