Located in a large private wooded estate, close to a Golf course, with trees, perfectly secure, nearby shopping areas, bus, train station, leisure facilities etc.
The most spacious cottage on the estate, with 40 m2 and a 26 m2 terrace.
Comprising 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with private bathroom and toilet.
2 separate twin bedrooms, sleeping 6 in total.
1 additional bathroom and WC.
Parking for one car in front of the cottage, plus free parking at the entrance for a second car.
