For rent for your future vacation a 100 m² fully renovated "Bassin spirit" and very comfortable house located in Gujan Mestras, the town with seven ports, on the edge of the Arcachon bay on 900 m² of enclosed land, with its terrace and his barbecue.

This one is composed of an air-conditioned kitchen, living room and dining room, three bedrooms, a bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower and separate toilet.
All the equipment in the house is new and of high quality.

-1 living / dining room: very comfortable convertible leather sofa, large LED screen.
-1 fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Fan oven, hob, American fridge with ice, microwave ...)
-It has 3 bedrooms:
Each of them is composed of new and comfortable bedding in 160 x 200 and a 32 inch LED television.
1 bathroom, walk-in shower, double sinks.
1 independent toilet.
1 washing machine and 1 dryer.
-Baby equipment available: cot, high chair and bathtub.
In the living room a rapido leather sofa convertible into 140 x 200 with a real thick Bultex mattress
All our bedding is new, of great brand and quality.

Even if it does not have the disabled label, the house can allow some disabled people to enjoy a holiday by the pool
of Arcachon.
Indeed, an access ramp has been built at the entrance of the house.
A transfer bar installed in the toilet.
And in the bathroom we find a walk-in walk-in shower and a grab bar has also been attached.
However, the standard width of the bedroom doors does not allow access for electric wheelchairs.
