I had a wonderful stay in one of the suits. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. I ordered room service; the food came quickly and was delicious. The breakfast buffs was included with the upgrade to a suite and WOW. It was fantastic.
Air conditioner was not working

The location is excellent, was able to visit malls around it without having to be too much time on the streets.

Worst stay EVER! RUDE RUDE RUDE! No customer service at all. Front desk staff horrible. And found a baby cockroach on my bed. Do not stay here
Would of liked to be told what's included with the stay plus hours and specials the hotel has at the time. How much is the Buffet and when it ends. I was going to stay another week cause a business matter, but they didn't offer a discount or anything. I was already at the hotel for one week. The dry sauna and hot tub could be way hotter. The hotel is walking distance to Miraflores Mall super nice place. Frontdesk girls could speak a little louder. Will stay only for a short time next time.
I was surprised about breakfast it was $45,pp it was good the coffee needs to be better with bigger cups. The housekeeping was super, some of the young ladies up front speak quietly couldn't hear that much. Would like the gym and sauna to stay open longer. Would like them to give you when and were are the amenities of the hotel. Will stay again.
