Disapointing for a 4 star hotel, no pool, no free breakfast as in most of hotels, no free transportation shuttle from and to the airport, no brochures abot the city and about the country, the reception desk is poorly staffed and poorly managed, gloomy furniture in the lobby - there is more negatives ....

Conquistador Hotel is Clean, with soft beds, nice personal and every thing was Ok there
