Great place to stay for access from / to Guarulhlos airport - shuttle to/from terminals 2 and 3 - be sure to contact hotel ahead of time to get their shuttle schedule - staff speak English - very helpful.

We were received by very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is beautiful! Modern, edgy, full service and in excellent conditions.

While this hotel appears to fit the "Lux" business traveler's niche, it seriously needs a remodel, new carpets, and new furniture, especially beds! Everything after the lobby is frayed and dingy.
This hotel is super easy to reach from the airport, their staff is outstanding and their beds are some of the comfiest in Brazil, which is a wonderful thing after a long flight. And, they are pet friendly. :)
