The property and rooms were clean. A couple of things that stood out with this hotel is that the parking lot attendants are very “peculiar” with the direction your car is facing because “it doesn’t look good for the hotel if the cars don’t face the same direction”. In addition, anywhere in the world that I’ve traveled to, I had no problems with getting dropped off at the front so that I can check in. But this hotel, the parking lot attendant will give you hell if you don’t drive a fancy car. His explanation was “it doesn’t look good for the hotel if you temporarily drop someone off. Then he pointed at the Jaguar in front of us, which meant, that car is okay. This hotel is all about image so that was definitely a turnoff for me. The front desk staff were nice even though you’d have to repeat yourself a few times before they understand what you’re saying. Lastly, the halls of this property is long and my room was at the end of the hall so it took a good 7 minutes walk just to get to the room from the elevator. I’m pretty sure that they can add an elevator somewhere. I mean “it would look good for the hotel”.

The A/C was out and the staff did not inform me when I checked in. After I could not get the A/C in my room to work I went to the desk. I was informed the A/C was out in the entire hotel sorry. I told them I was getting my stuff and leaving, then they offered a room with A/C working on a different floor. I said no thank you I am leaving. I retrieved my bags and went back to the desk. They refused to credit my card or direct me to another hotel. After a couple of minutes of refusing to stay they finally credited my card so I left. The hotel is very large and only 2 elevators in the center of the hotel.

I'm sorry, because of the late time .The receptionist want to try to communicate with you but feels that you are angry. They want to try to communicate with you but you had refused to change the room, then, can only let you rest first. Because the receptionist has worried that you are not satisfied with them, they have not been able to accept your payment. And for these reasons, we have cancelled the order for you free of charge. The receptionist also try to communicate with you again, maybe wrong or English level is not enough, failed to resolve the problem for you I'm really sorry! The front desk staff also reported to the leaders several times, which was not satisfactorily solved at the time, which caused you not to get a real rest. We want to apologize for your but we don’t know how to contact. The hotel can only make an apology for you in this review. We hope you can eliminate the displeasure. We are very sorry about which the things let you uncomfortable . We will try to strengthen our staff's English training and service awareness. We will try to get your choice in the future!
