Great hotel! Wish we could've stayed longer. Would highly recommend.

Front desk admirable! Rooms somewhat decent. Beach totally overrated for what it is.

Loved the pool side service and friendly staff everywhere!! Tasi club breakfast buffet was perfect to try new things and still find traditional American favorites. Would recommend this to any couple looking to get away in luxury!

It was an comfortable stay but the package didn't come with free wifi, and I didn't have much time to enjoy at hotel due to my schedule next day of staying, I would like to spend a few more nights at the hotel. I was very happy about the warm welcome of the hotel staff and everyone was nice!

Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, nice balcony, beautiful pools and grounds, pretty wedding chapels, zip line and snorkeling options and many services to book a great vacation. Staff tries to be very helpful and accomodating. Not happy with food or coffee at coffee shop - tasted stale. Hotel a bit worn, possibly from humidity. Seafood buffet not great. Breakfast was much better. Last night, someone somewhere was smoking and we had straight cig. smoke blowing in through our a.c. Front desk said sorry, but didn't find perpetrator.

Beautiful ocean view room and snorkeling right outside the door. The staff is very helpful. The fitness room is top-notch. Guest laundry facility not that great. On 2 days we had been out for hours, and housekeeping arrived right after our return to clean up our room, which we declined. If the "Do not disturb" door hanger said "Time for room cleanup" on the other side, this problem could be fixed.

Fun night at the show - good quality food - friendly staff!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Hilton Guam Resort and Spa. The Staff was very accommodating especially the Manager. Our room has an excellent view of the blue waters of Tumon Bay which is awesome at night with all the hotels and city lights, the swimming pool with the Tiki Torches reflecting on the water. Our Fox Rental Car was equally amazing, open 24 hrs, as we were able to return the car at 4:00 am to catch our early departure flight to Honolulu.

the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. but the food in the restaurant are terrible. the breakfast and lunch buffet was over price for the quality of food they are serving. i would recommend that either they improve the quality or lower their prices. i had their lunch buffet and the steak they serve was salty and when you cut into the meat it doesnt look fresh. it also has a funny taste.

When I got to my room at 3am in the morning (my flight arrived at 2am), there were no slippers in the room, so I had to call the housekeeping and waited 15 min to get them. And I realized 2 of the lights weren't functioning so I had to call the enginner to come up and fix them at 3:30 am. He fixed one and counldn't fix the other, so he had to bring me a standing lamp. When I checked in to the hotel, I asked the front desk whether I could rent a microwave and the guy told me since it is 3 am in the morning, someone will bring it to me on the next day. No one stopped by so I had to call 3 more times and actually physically went down to the front desk to tell them. This was my 2nd visit to Hilton Guam. If I stayed there just once, my overall impression would be perfect, however, my second visit to Hilton wasn't great. Staffs are friendly and nice but super slow when you ask something. Also, the room service is TERRIBLE. Don't order anything from room service.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. Everyone from the front desk, to the housekeeping/maintenance staff, to the food services staff, was helpful, warm, and friendly. I was actually pleasantly surprised with how helpful and cordial everyone was. The accommodations were a bit dated, but my room was pretty clean and comfortable. One huge downside for me was that there was no in room wi-fi. There is DSL available for a fee, although mine happened not to be working during my stay. There are several amenities at this Hilton including several restaurants, 24 business center, a gift shop/convenience store and a 24 hour cafe station. While the scenery is breathtaking at this location, the "beach" will leaving you wanting. There is no beach as such, but there is a ledge of sorts where there are chaises lined up. You have to walk down flights of stairs to get to the water. However the hotel is located within walking distance of a really nice public beach in Tumon Bay. Overall I think this is a great hotel and location which I highly recommend.

The staff was amazing! They were so helpful and hospitable. The room was beautiful & the bed was like clouds. Thank you so much!

I pre-paid for two nights for an ocean view room, I did not get a ocean view room I got a room facing the front of the hotel, when I complained about this, all they could find is a room with twin beds for which I did not want.

By over seas standards the room was very good. Could have used a microwave in the room, and the bed was uneven they did fix that the next day. You could hear the elevator in the room and we where three rooms down. All in all a comfortable stay.

the experience i had at the hilton was great. the staff was very courteous except for their security that was a bit snobby, i chose the delux room plus room, there was no view but the roof of the lobby because we were in the lower level but the room itself was great. the bed was comfortable and the room was big. dinner at roy's restaurant with their steak was fantastic! overall i would say my stay in hilton guam was great. :)

Orbitz advertises free breakfast but once you get to the hotel they tell you that you have to pay. Breakfast is $20 a person. What a pain! Also the hotel had free pickup at the airport (just tip the guy $5) but they said you have to pay $10 a person on the way back. But do actually have a free shuttle. The staff aint the smartest bunch. Other than that the place was great. The beach was really rocky so you would have to go next store to Y'pao part to get that sandy beach feeling. The food was amazing, a bit pricey but they have some great deals like $40 all you can eat steak and lobster with bottomless bottles of premium beer. Also this place is pretty family friendly. They have a kids pool and indoor playground. Also in the main indoor restaurant they have a small playground in the restaurant where kids can play and you can eat. Its separate from the rest of the restaurant so its a life saver if you have a kid that likes to play and run around.

We reserved regular Hilton King Plus room but when we arrived they gave us the Tasi Twin which was a lot nicer. We got ocean balcony room. Only one negative was that room had little bug issue. It wasn't bad where you had to get a new room but new noticed and killed few bugs. Overall great experience!!!!!

The Hilton was a great place to stay. My husband and I enjoyed the lounging at the pool, snorkeling and relaxing on the beach, and the bartender treated us well! The hotel was at the end of the strip, so we walked or took the shuttle. But I did not mind, it seemed quiet and a bit more private. Thanks Hilton Guam.

Luxurious, world class hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and mine included a tranquil view of the Philippine Sea. Very friendly staff. The only drawback was a lack of wireless connectivity (only available in certain locations on the property such as the lobby). I hate being nickel-and-dimed on amenities, so the $12/day charge for wired internet access irritated me. Otherwise, great breakfast included and a pleasant overall experience.

Great swimming, busy hotel with weddings and entertainment. Longer stay would have been better and could have done more things. Loved the view of the ocean from the 13th floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
