Clean room, only had 2 bath towels upon check-in. Had to request for additional towels & bathmat. Shower water pressure was low. A/C was barely acceptable at lowest temp setting. Wall on balcony side of room is all glass with a sliding door. One end of wall needed filling or caulking cause when wind blew from direction of the balcony, the wind whistled right into the room, waking us up in the middle of the night like it was storming out when in reality, it was just gusting. Two front desk staff could be more helpful, the housekeeping crew were great.

We stayed there for one night, waiting for my parents to arrive the second day. Then we moved to another hotel. Overall you get what you paid for on the island of Guam. The hotel was clean, quiet. But the location was far from everything, beach, park and dining.

Staff very helpful and available. Room comfortable and clean. Quiet area. Grocery store nearby. Nice to have fridge, microwave and hot pot (bring your own coffee/tea). Definitely stay again if we return.

The front desk staff (Yvonne, Michelle, and Bryce) were very courteous and professional. They went out of their way to address any concerns I may have. It's also very important to note that my stay included an unexpected experience with a Tropical Storm that could have easily progressed to Typhoon status. Despite the challenges, the staff remained calm and did their best to ensure my stay was pleasant. I would definite come back to this hotel!

Great budget hotel with car package. Within five minute drive from airport and shopping centers.

My colleagues and I went to Guam to take a stateboard exam last July 2013 and 2014. We chose Days Inn because of its cleanliness, large rooms and simple amenities like water and ice station. Its location is a plus too because it's near Ross! Walking for 20 minutes is an exercise though. It will save you $15 for a taxi. There is a staff ( just one woman out of 4) who was very friendly and helpful. She has a genuine smile unlike the younger one who always pouts when she sees us. Very unfriendly. Also, I was just a bit disappointed with the wifi at our room. We got no service for 3 days unless we go out at the hallway. Imagine facetime at the corridors! Another was the GPO SERVICE, who always either have no driver available or the scheduled time was too early for shopping or lunch. So we ended up walking most of the time. Days inn have no service to and fro the airport too.

A great hotel to stay in. The staff was helpful and the room was awesome. I recommend Days Inn.

This hotel is very clean and quiet, close to K mart and McDonald. However, it is not opposite to GPO, it takes about 20 minutes' walk there. The staff is very friendly. Will stay again.

The hotel was very nice. It was located just a short walk from the beach and from the Guam Premier Outlets. Being a short walk from the GPO meant being a short walk from the Bus stop. The hotel has no pool, but you get to use the pool at the Ramada Inn. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel called Lolah's. It's local food and decent if you don't feel like going out. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, a little shop across the street if you forgot stuff or just want some food and drinks to stash in your rooms fridge. They have a phone for free calls internationally and free wifi. Not to mention the balcony that had a screen on it so I could catch a wave, listen to the ocean, and not have to worry about any bugs getting in the room. What a great trip this was!

Relatively cheap for an overnight stay. Staff is very accommodating.

I like the hotel that has free shuttle to the ariport and downtown, and also if you pay $20, they drive up to the bank of hawai. The room is clear and nice but there was a door inside the room that connects to the room right next. You can hear all the noises and that is kind of annyoied.

We visited our daughter & son in law who live in Guam. They do not have air conditioning in their home, so we decided to stay in a hotel. We wanted something inexpensive, but still nice. It was disappointing. While it appeared the place had been upgraded to a certain point, the staff was nice, and the room was relatiavely clean, the hotel was not in a nice area-our balcony overlooked a heavy equipment area and there was not daily changing of linens nor sweeping/vacuuming. The available breakfast was store-bought doughnuts. The non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke, water dripped from the light above the bathroom sink, and the smoke detector beeped with no one available to fix it (thank goodness my husband is a handy guy!).

We thought the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, centrally located, close to the airport and the car rental and the main highway. It was very nice to have free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Very quiet and convenient

For the first time island visit this was a great start. It was a great price and extremely clean.Close to the airport but not the noise. Short distance to the main tourist areas and shopping.GPO Mall very close by with great shopping and cinemas. The staff was helpful.Free calls to the US on the lobby internet was a great benefit. There is no pool but there is plenty of water and beaches to enjoy.

The staff was truly wonderful and Guam helpful, loving, kind and informative. Answered all our questions. And gave us directions. For the cost a great place to stay. Only negative - there was no coffee pot in the room. However, coffee was in the lobby! Onside laundry facilities and the staff did the laundry for a nominal fee! Walking distance to great food, fun and mall. Free shuttle to beaches and attractions! Were there for two weeks, utlized the shuttle for the first week then rented a car for the remaining week!

stayed overnight in transit. perfect for this as hotel is very close to the airport.Quick check in. restful rooms

It was the second time staying there

First room I was assigned was revolting-obvious mold in bathroom, collapsing furniture, bugs between matresses. Room I switched to was acceptable, but clearly a remodeled suite. Cheap pretty much sums it up--both price and accommodations. Attached restaurant was of similar quality. Hotel staff was quite nice, however.

We had a good experience at Dayys Inn we always had good service and people were very polite the only thing bad that happened was that we got to comfortable with the staff and one day left ore travel/money in our suit case tucked under many articals to hide! aadn when we went to get more cash for dinner there was $ missing. We did inquire at the desk and it is under investergation. But other than that we had a good time. The next time we stay in the hotel we will know better.
