awesome property...over engineered outdoor structures...!! view, breeze, landscaping unique and beautiful... downside: AC inoperative for entire floor... though did not need it, weather incredible... no senior friendly grab bars in marble slick shower or elsewhere... sliding glass doors and their screen doors, opening to pool used by public and quests, were totally insecure in their locking devices... screens repair at wear points cosmetic at best and had failed to secure against mosquitoes.. I would come back nonetheless... it is most relaxing...when not too full, i presume... this was not at height of season

Absolutely pristine. Lovely gardens. Nice, large pools and jacuzzi. Right in front of the lake. Very good restaurant, not expensive. Near Ajijic downtown and a Walmart. The only problem was that there was a group that had some very noisy activity in the garden under our room, and they started at 7 a.m.! When we called reception to complain the lady said "The thing is, we have this group..." We were not pleased either with being woken up nor with that anser.

Superb. Wonderful. Excellent. The BEST place for Ajijic-Chapala!!!

Hotel with a beautiful view, but I will add only one negative comment to it, it doesn't have air conditioner. The device used for the warm temperature is a pedestal fan with 3 speeds.

Very clean and tidy with nice staff. Nice to hang out in the pool or on the grass under the shade of the big trees. The staff speak English very well and were happy to help me with my Spanish

The staff was never around The door slamming of the cleaning lady's The cleaning staff opened the door in the morning with out notice and scared my elderly parents. I asked for a taxi in the front desk and instead of following directions I was asked if I really wanted the service or if I was going to disappear. The restaurant had very salty food and coffee was terrible. So sorry but it is the truth and should be better managed

No habia cobijas y es enero y mucho ruido en el pasillo
