We stayed here for 12 days Feb.6- Feb. 18, over all we enjoyed our stay. Here are the pros and cons. Pros- magnificenly manicured grounds. Daily maid service kept the rooms spotless. We never saw a single bug. Wifi in our rooms was nice. Beautiful swimming pool. Cons- the place is 20 years past its prime, broken and cracked ceramic tiles were common. Peeling paint was seen. Many ferrel cats on the property that like to howl at night. The staff has little to no ability to speak English, even at the front desk.

Upon arrival I was instantly charmed by the beautiful hotel and garden-like grounds. My room was huge with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen (Including cooking utensils, flatware and dish ware). A spacious, comfortable dining area and living room with a flatscreen TV made my quarters feel like a large apartment. Outside the bedroom was a large private courtyard (about 30' X 30') with a wrought iron table and chairs for four. The swimming pool and surrounding area was immaculate. The housekeeper cleaned the kitchen and mopped the floors every day and had (or has) a delightful personality. The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful. The outdoor (covered) restaurant adjoining the pool area serves a buffet style breakfast (included) and lunch selections.

Bigger then expected hotel. Great size rooms. The facility is clean and feels secure. Great location close to many small town attractions. Great breakfast on Sunday.

The 2 bedroom villa huge! Almost 1800 sq ft with living, dining, kitchen (not equipped byo everything), 2bedrooms and 2 baths. Bed very comfortable. Views of courtyards. 2 blocks to the lake. No A/C. Ask for a room on an upper floor. First room offered was two levels below grade with a tiny walled in patio--very dark!! Great for family.
