In a small residence close to the beach, this charming 4-room house (3 bedrooms) with veranda and terrace is perfect for your holidays! A parking space is available in the secure residence (closed by an electric gate). Animals are not allowed. Maximum capacity: 5 people. Non smoking accommodation.
On the ground floor: Living room with TV, equipped kitchen area (electric hob, coffee maker, fridge without freezer, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, etc.), a bedroom with a single bed 90x190, a bathroom and separate WC. Veranda and terrace.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a bedroom with a double bed 180x200 and access to the balcony.
Access to the floor is via a steep staircase that can be dangerous for young children.
Retal of sheets and/or towels on reservation

Emplacement idéal
Idéal pour des vacances sans utilisation de la voiture car tout est à proximité : la plage, les restaurants, les boutiques, les animations le soir, les balades en bateau, les salins... Logement correct et propre, juste le mini four un peu trop petit et ne permet pas de cuisiner du poisson au four, ainsi que la gazinière un peu étroite ( 2 plaques de cuisson).. Merci à l'accueil de l'agence, très sympathique.
