This perfectly located Grove City house is a 10 minute drive from everything Grove City has to offer, but is far enough away for the perfect amount of privacy. A short drive away you will find yourself at the outlet mall, the college, all the restaurants and bar & grills, local breweries, and much more! Enjoy your peaceful stay surrounded by woods and wildlife. Our neck of the woods boasts 3 inviting bedrooms; two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, and the third room is furnished with a full size bed. The master bedroom has it's own private half bath, electric fireplace for cozy nights, and a sunroom that gives direct access to the deck where you will find the propane grill and firepit area. The simple amenities like the fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, a beautiful fire pit area with wood and a propane grill, WIFI, heating, and AC make for a tremendous stay. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryer, towels, and toiletries, guests will feel right at home.
