This location is so great. Walkable to hbf or alstadt stations for easy access. Walkable to Old Town/Alstadt and so many sights in Salzburg. The neighborhood around is quiet and feels safe even at night. The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby is cozy and actually somewhere you'd want to hang out (we did). The breakfast is minimal but the coffee is good and the croissants are super flaky with homemade preserves. The staff was incredible. They were helpful in every interaction; friendly and courteous and all seemed to enjoy what they did. Made our stay so pleasant. No kids is always a bonus but everything else about this property is what should draw you in.

Very pleasant hotel - clean and comfortable with a nice staff. Close enough to the train station to walk without luggage. I will stay here again.
The beds are very comfortable. We were able to check in early. The bathrooms are big and very clean. I wish we could have stayed another night. It has everything you need and is near the sights. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.
So check in was nice and easy. Entered room, smelled like urine, maybe a dog stayed on the carpet In this room? Bed was too firm with itchy sheet and cover. Ceiling to low on my side of bed. I 5'8 and could not stand straight up without hitting my head into the slanted ceiling. No AC...... Baggage storage consisted of a young girl telling me take my on stuff down the hall and to put it In a closet that is not locked.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy everything during your stay - we would have gladly taken care of any problem that occured on site. It is right, that there was no an air condition built in, due to the reason that our Boutiquehotel is a building from the early 19th century. Therefore all our rooms are equipped with cooling fans. It is also right that our luggage room is not locked, but you we are able to put your luggage in our back office if you don´t feel secure.
