Schöne Ferienwohnung, in Fußweite zum Meer

Wir waren in einer sehr schönen Fe-Wo, ca. 300 m vom Strand von Marina di Grosseto entfernt. Es gibt dort viele Bagnos mit Liegen/Schirmen zu mieten und dazwischen immer wieder freie Strandabschnitte, alles sehr sauber. Die Whg ist im 1. Stock und hat 2 schöne Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, 2 Bäder jew. mit Dusche, 1 große offene Küche zum großen Wohnzimmer + Klima, Loggia / Balkon, 6 m lang u. ca. 2 m tief. 4 Pers. können dort gut sitzen. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet mit 2-3 stöckigen Häusern im Pinienwald, sehr angenehm. Strom muss separat bezahlt werden. Alles relativ unkompliziert mEndreinigung, hatten wir aber mit der Buchung bereits bezahlt.

Mare e riposo

La casa è ben collocata, ampia e molto comoda. Direi addirittura che le foto non le rendono giustizia. La consiglierei per famiglie che intendono una vacanza al mare senza troppe difficoltà. Il mare è a duecento metri. Ottimo lo stabilimento da Oscar.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo doppio appartamento in 8. A fronte di un’importante spesa per l’affitto di una settimana, ci siamo trovati a dover pagare a fine settimana altri soldi per il consumo della luce! La proprietaria diceva essere presente una sigla per questa spesa sul contratto (non esistente e nemmeno mai segnalata) La stessa che per telefono avrebbe ammesso di valutare solo se il consumo era esagerato. Ottima la posizione vicina a mare, peccato per la predisposizione degli appartamenti con scale anche pericolose.

Un vrai moment de plaisir

La maison de Maria Régina est absolument parfaite. De l'emplacement de la villa, jusqu'au confort de la literie, en passant par la décoration sobre mais de qualité, l'équipement de la cuisine, le calme de la résidence, la proximité des sites culturels de la Maremme, les salles de bains, nombreuses et fonctionnelles, les chambres, confortables et accueillantes, tout a été pensé pour faire de notre séjour entre amis un moment de pur bonheur. Dès la première soirée nous avions le sentiment d'être un peu chez nous. Si je devais revenir dans cette région, c'est chez Maria Regina et nulle part ailleurs que j'aimerais séjourner. Et je ne serais pas complet si je ne remerciais Maria Regina pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son efficacité.

Casa bellissima a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, super accessoriata e ben tenuta!

Appena di ritorno da 2 settimane in questa splendida casa con altre 3 famiglie di amici con un totale di 7 bimbi dai 9 mesi ai 4 anni. Casa comoda, spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Non ci è mancato davvero nulla! Zona molto bella, tante attrazioni per bambini a pochi passi e belle spiagge e paeselli raggiungibili comodamente con pochi minuti di macchina. Super consigliata!
