Staff was nice. Room was very clean and modern. Excellent location. 10 minute walk to grand place. There is no frIg in the room. The shower water kept switching between very hot and warm. No way to control it. Women beware: there is no shampoo or conditioner in the room only a watery bottle of “hair ...
The hotel is in a good location, the staff is mostly very nice and helpful. The guestroom was quite large, but the furniture was badly in need of replacement. A 2-seat couch was in such bad shape that I took a sheet of the housekeeper's cart to cover it. A side chair was just uncomfortable. The refrigerator ...
This is a very nice hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms and a very good buffet breakfast. The room furniture is a little too modern for my taste. Located in the heart of Brussels is at walking distance to the Grand-Place and many of the city's other attractions. Highly recommended.
I had to spend a night in Brussels and was very happy about my choice of the hotel. They offered me an extended check out time of 2:00 PM. The room was quite, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again when in Brussels.
This is my third time I stayed in this hotel for my weekend family visits to Brussels. It has everything I need to accommodate our family of three. When my 3-years old boy stays with his grandmother in Brussels, we are enjoying king-size bed. When the last time we stayed with our boy, we asked for ...
Had no issues making a next-day reservation (via Orbitz) when our flight was significantly delayed. Was even able to check in a couple of hours early. The only thing wrong with this very nice room was the heat was seriously cranked up. After a few hours without the heat on, things were better. This ...
Really surprisingly nice hotel. Very modern, the shower was great, always a nice surprise/important feature. The plug ins had USB ports. The bed was super comfortable. The location was great, easy to walk wherever you wanted and close two two of the train stations. definitely would recommend.
Pros: Good location Comfy bed Cons: The shower was not the one pictured on orbitz, like showering in a vertical coffin. Even leaving the curtain open- the proximity to the Shower limited movement. I've stayed in Japanese hotels that had larger bathrooms Walls are paper thin Check in/check out took entirely to long
The hotel is very close to the Grand Place and just down the hill from the train station. The breakfast room has a nice view. There is a good restaurant fir mussels just around the corner from the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly.
Great location near Grote Markt and Brussels City Tour office. Clean, secure, great windows that practically "soundproof" your room. A bank right across the street, tons of eating places and bakeries within seconds from the hotel, a supermarket and metro station only 2 blocks away made our stay a breeze. Grand Central train station is only a 10 minute walk . All staff, especially Yelge, were incredibly helpful.
room is so comfortable. Location is near Metro.Hotel provides free parking.
