After a long day on the road it was such a relief to find a great room at a great price. It was clean & had a good breakfast. It was simply everything we needed with nothing wrong. I love a bedside table on each side of the bed. There were plenty of places to plug in phones & computers. Wi-fi worked great.

We were traveling as a family of 4 +1 and needed a room to sleep 5 people. This property had a room that was perfect for our stay that included 2 Queen Beds and sofa bed. The breakfast offered a nice selection of hot and cold foods. We had to request bedding for the sofa bed, but other than that, the room as perfect! We will be sure to stay here again next time we are in McDonough.

We arrived around 8:00 pm with a reservation. Tried to pay with a Visa and was told we had to use the original card we used for the reservation because it was already charged! I have never been charged for a room until I check out! Rooms were clean but layout was very awkward, there was a "living room" with a sofa bed a small divider wall then a 2 bed area. Closet was in a very strange place at the foot of one bed which was hard to use, it also had springs on the doors which slammed shut if you didn't hold on to them. TV was situated between the living room and bed area so if you wanted to watch from the second bed it was impossible to watch from the sofa. Walls were VERY thin. We listened to the family next door talking (you could actually understand what they were saying!), laughing loudly, and slamming the outer door until after 10:30pm. Will think twice about staying at another CS when traveling.

Nothing like traveling all day, getting to your hotel exhausted, and then finding hair on the sheets. I called the front desk and was told that I could come down and get clean sheets and remake the bed myself. Yep, front desk guy was the ONLY staff person in the hotel at 8:30 pm. So I got the clean sheets, stripped the bed and found another curly black hair on the mattress pad, and there was a red hair on the new sheet, too! What, do they not even wash them? Disgusting.

We spent two nights in this motel, and were pretty much satisfied with everything. Our room had two queen-size beds, and a nice sofa bed sitting area complete with floor lamp. There was a small room divider that separated the sleeping area from the sitting area, which allowed me to read late into the night while my companion slept, undisturbed by the light. The room needed some maintenance - there were small damaged spots in the walls in several places, probably caused by the careless moving of furniture. The bathroom was about 99% clean, but a couple of spots had been missed on the floor by the tub. When we returned to our room after our first day of excursion, a used up toilet paper roll had not been replaced. The beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast more than adequate. We would stay there again. The desk was especially nice. There was a power outlet on the desk containing three standard 120v outlets and two usb ports - a must for modern travelers who carry multiple devices with them. And the desk was a two part affair. A smaller, lower desk rolled out from under the main desk - which was good, as this lower desk was a better setting for laptops The bathtub had a grab bar at one end and could use one at the other end. It was a high step up and into the tub, a bit too high for senior citizens with poor balance.

The room was comfortable & clean, beds great. Really needed an accessible room but this was all they had. Stayed in room 110, people next door went in & out of their room every 5 minutes & slammed doors until very late. Could also hear people in room above us which was very noisy. The breakfast was not edible, even the coffee was not good. Would never stay here again. Complained on checkout, person said he thought he was going to have to call the police the night before. This exit 218 is very congested, difficult to get to anything including restaurants.

We stopped here on our way home from Florida. They were able to give us a great deal and made sure we had a crib in our room. The room was very large (we are a family of 5 including a baby). Only complaint is that the walls are thin. We could hear the TV and kids in other rooms. Nothing too disruptive, but still audible. Breakfast was good and hotel seemed clean and staff were friendly. We would probably stay again.

This place has potential but is in need of a deep cleaning and actual attention. Our room was covered in a coat of dust, food particles under bed, lobby floor not mopped, and parking lot covered in leaves. High tax rate added $20 to room rate plus an unnecessary $1.50 fee for the safe in the room. Way overpriced for current level of quality. Rooms are large with queen size bed and fold out couch. Decent offerings for breakfast. Convenient to interstate and lots of gas stations and food options. We only needed a bed and it was decent but I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it. Plenty of other options in the area that might actually have housekeepers.

Our room was clean and spacious! equipped with microwave and fridge which we used both. We took our chances and stopped enroute from Florida and had a nice quiet stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We opted to eat at nearby restaurant suggested by hotel staff for dinner but opted for their continental breakfast the next morning. We would stay here again.

I was disappointed with this property. The front desk was not attentive at all. The room was nice but housekeeping can do a better job cleaning, it looked like they haven't dusted in a while. I didn't get up for breakfast so I can't comment on it. The area had plenty of restaurants locating close by.
