I don't know what to say. This is one the worst hotel. Their customer service is really bad. Really bad.

I stayed while driving through the area. It was a great area, clean, friendly, honest and upfront about what they offered and what they had. I had no issues. It was a safe area and very good for the value.

The price is what interested me at first and it turned out to be a fairly decent place to rest. The owner or manager was very unprofessional and no one there could even speak half way decent English. And the local police and sheriff were there both nights for what ever reason.

Kind of an average hotel. The address on Google Maps is not correct it all. It brings you about 5 miles away from the hotel. When you call the hotel the staff can't speak very good English so it's also hard to get accurate directions.

It was comfortable and a good value. It was clean and the bed was big and comfy. Nice television with great channels.

Only complaint was the staff. They could use a class in politeness.

I got a suite. The room was spacious and included a few good amenities but had to ask the front desk for an iron which was fine but it would have been better if it was in the room already. The room was very old and bland. It had an old tv and outdated furniture. The front desk staff was okay but the house keeping was terrible and rude. The towels smelled cleaned but had stains on them. But you get what you pay for and this room was really cheap so it is what it is. If you need a cheap place to stay and don't care too much about service or cleanliness this is it. You can't beat the price.

this hotel smells strongly of smoke. Desk clerk very nice, but rooms were tired feeling. Overall, very simple place. Ok for a night.

The staff was friendly & helpful, the lounge area was comfortable and clean, however most of the rooms smelled smoky. We requested to change rooms from a single bed and paid extra to go to a double bed to offset the smell only to find those rooms were also smelly. Otherwise, the stay was good.

THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, HAD A LITTLE SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE.

A nice inexpensive place to rest

We were not given the room that we orginially booked, had to go show the attendant, who did not understand or speak english well, our paperwork. The tiles around the front desk were all cracked and they tried to repair them with gops of mortar but failed miserably. They advertise that every room has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer etc but that is not the case. The first room we were given had none of these. We had to ask for a hair dryer in the second room. The towels were stained, the tv did not work properly, the air conditioner did not cool the room, it seemed to be set where it would only get so cool. The bed spread was dirty. They reuse the paper sleave that they put your room key in, nasty. Don't even think of eating anything on the "continental breakfast". I would definitely not go to this hotel again. I will be telling everyone I know not to go. The owners should be ashamed.

The American Best Hotel was everything you need for a trip. It was not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. My family does not travel for the hotel and we all slept very well, had a hot shower, and a free breakfast. The hotel was quite and convenient to Atlanta. I plan on staying there again because the price was very reasonable.

Good price, but needs a few improvements. The hotel had a strong smell, not bad, but not good. It may have been cooking spices. The continental breakfast is nothing to write home about but is better than nothing. Staff was extrememly nice.

I was a nice room but I had paid for one bed and ended up with 2.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The person that checked me in late at night could not speak English and made it seem as though I was the one with the hearing problem. One of the door keys did not work. The door was missing the security lock and our bedroom windows were wide open, at 11:00 at night, with busted and bent screens and the room was freezing. Even the window in the hall was open with no screen. It looked as if someone had been sneaking in. The worst part was check out the next morning. I go to check out and the cashier is wanting me to pay her. I try to tell her that I paid [...] online, but she wants to argue with me and hands me a sheet with my name on it, but it has someone else's credit card number on it and phone number. I tell her that it is not mine and then she calls someone that tells her that I have to pay. I'm angry by now and pull out my laptop to show where I already paid. Then another person shows up and we go through it again. My friend comes in and I walk out, because I tell them I'm not paying them anything. She comes back and says they made a mistake and did not mean to upset me. I will never stay there again or at any America's Best[...]ey made a good $30.00 or so off me.

When we arrived, the clerk immediately wanted my credit card number even though I had booked with Orbits. I refused because I had already paid! He had to contact his representative about the situation. While he was trying to find the solution to the problem, we went to dinner. While at dinner he found out that I was right, that he did not need my credit card number. So, we would have been paying twice. He did upgrade our room but it had ants in it and in the bed. I would not recommend this motel to a family or women alone. If I had to do it over again, I would have stayed in a better hotel.
