When we checked in she gave us the wrong room no eye Constact. I can’t remebee her name she was a white lady. Didn’t even offer us the free water in the brown bag. The black lady with very short hair was amazing very nice. Lastly the black guy with the braids was mean. He said no when I asked for some water after I checked out saying I checked out I can’t have water have to pay for it. I spent 7 nights there horrible guy.
Safe place to park while on cruise, good location to French Quarter
Social hour staff was excellent. Front desk was excellent . But one they forgot to clean our room. The manager made it right. Thankyou
This hotel is fairly new. Our suite was VERY clean and VERY comfortable. We had a king suite. I really liked having a ceiling fan in the room and a comfy sofa. Ms. Tasha (the front desk staff) is a true Southern Belle. She was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The only thing was we got there about 30 minutes before it was over (around 9:30 AM) and most of the food was gone and the server had already started putting the food away. She was friendly as well.
