-We kindly ask that you handle the piano with care to maintain its pristine condition.
-Any damages incurred during your stay will lead to a repair or replacement charge.

Our fully equipped kitchen is available for your use.Please clean up any dishes, utensils, and cooking surfaces after use.
#6 Rubbish Disposal
-Please ensure that all rubbish is disposed of in the bins inside the property.
-Excess rubbish left inside or outside the property may lead to an excess cleaning or rubbish removal charge.
#7 Smoking:
Please refrain from smoking inside the house. A penalty will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
#8 Pets
-While we adore our furry friends, we kindly ask that you keep them in our cozy pet house during the night.
-Please be aware that a fee will be assessed for any damages caused by pets during your stay.
