My friends and I were so amazed by this staff of this resort. Our annual girls trips had taken us to many islands and hotels but I must admit that Grenada thus far has been our best interaction with locals. The staff at the resort went beyond duties to assist us many times but also when we went around the island we were also greeted so kindly by the people. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. Beautiful, will furnished and amazing view! Hotel grounds were well kept.

MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THE SHOWER IS LITTLE COLD. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A WARM BATH EACH DAY.

Old British era design. Ants, mosquitoes abound. Do not leave the door open even a second more!! Located On the bay but no resort beach. It is NOT handicap friendly. Take a shuttle 15 min away for beach. Taxi for $15 one way to go shopping. Staff is a mixed bag, some very nice, & some unhelpful, inefficient, even to the extent of being rude. Glaring at you as you approach to ask for assistance. Prices for this 1 star facility are simply exorbitant. Our room was bright even during the night! Highlight is their restaurant known as Dodgy Dock. At inflated menu prices, one can get great food with a mixed bag of courtesy from harried understaffed waitresses.

Great hotel for vacation with or without family Great staff

A well managed establishment, care to detail, lots of staff, great home made brew available, my only complaint was that i booked a massage which did not materialize, the spa had messed up the times and i was flying out...

We stayed at this wonderful resort for two nights before we headed out on our sailing adventure from Grenada North to Petit Martinique and back. The facilities were well kept and staff were most welcoming. We will definitely stay there again on our next sailing trip.

The hotel is located in a prefect cove and has just a special feel to it. We felt like we in the Caribbean, but still with all the comforts we expected. If someone is looking for a the standard 5 star luxury beach resort, with the price to go with it, they should look elsewhere. The restaurant, bar and staff were exceptional. For the price, the hotel far exceeded our expectations.

We stayed 11 nights at the True Blue Bay. We stayed 4 nights in one of the Waterfront rooms #40. It is only about 150 feet from the bar/restaurant. Due to the loud music Wednesday night until 1:30am, Thursday morning we moved to Tower room 37. The staff was great helping with the move. So make sure you ask for a quiet room if you don't stay up until 1:00am. The diving was good not great, visibility was low at times. The aquanauts on site are great. Grenadians are friendly and helpful. The Island is beautiful. Grand Anse beach is also very beautiful. There is a new restaurant Seashell just north up the main road it was very nice and a lot cheaper than Dodgy dock.

Stayed here twice and loved it both times. Great place!

I am DELIGHTED I chose to ignore the unfavorable comments regarding True Blue and decided to book there anyway. Our stay there was GREAT! True Blue's staff are the real stars though: from Binta, the cheery lady at the Concierge desk onward, no request went unanswered and their courteousness and professionalism was topps. We fell in deep like with the lovely Ms. Omega who runs the omelet station during breakfast -- she is truly FANTASTIC. If you are a beachgoer, you might prefer something closer to Grand Anse. Beware, you would be cheating yourself out of a unique and warm experience. I really cannot say enough about this place. We will MOST DEFINITELY GO AGAIN!

Cute well run boutique hotel with lots of character. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Great views from both balconies. The room was comfortable and a great value. The included breakfast was excellent.
