Loved the place, everyone was so nice and welcoming.
Very nice atmosphere. They didnt have the room i requested so they upgraded me without me asking no extra charge. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

This was our 6th vacation on the island and our 5th stay at the Radisson. The resort is amazing for what it costs, but if you want luxury, stay in other expensive resorts for $600 - $1,000 /room/night. Never in the past had any check-in or room issues – this is not a super expensive 5 star resort, so our expectations were never too high, but our rooms have always been clean, spacious and decent with walk in showers in the bathroom. This time the check in took very long for no reason and the room we got was dreadful. The next morning we spoke to the nice Manager of Guest Experience and she was able to help us move into a different room. We also have to commend Nica, our cleaning lady, she is super smart and helpful, sincerely hope she will get a promotion or a better job very soon. MANAGEMENT - she would make an excellent front desk worker!! The food service is slow everywhere on the island, and the Radisson food service is not worse than anywhere else. We have waited over an hour and half for dinner at other well-known restaurants! The staff is very friendly, the resort is perfectly situated in the middle of the breathtaking Grand Anse Beach, walking distance from several beach bars, restaurants and grocery stores. The breakfast was plenty and very good, we cannot wait to return once improvements have been made to the resort.
Loved oceanfront rooms, beach/ocean, theme dinners & nightly entertainment and breakfast buffet. Rooms very clean, Restaurant service very slow but pretty much how it is at other establishments on beach and replenishment of food for breakfast buffet slow and sometimes never refilled. Would be nice to be able to self serve all breakfast buffet items as I found myself waiting to be served as it was only one person running back and forth to serve from various stations. Hotel was out of shampoo first day and ice machine on floor was out of service all of stay & second machine out of ice on last day. Beach umbrellas would be nice vs having to find spot under the few trees that were available resulting in crowding for shade.

Beach front property beautiful. Pool with swim up bar was not fully filled with water - was told that there was a leak so did not utilize this pool with beautiful waterfall and convenient bar. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms dated - furniture stained & refrigerator did not work well. Room was sometimes not serviced. Front door had gap on bottom allowing insects to enter room. Sliding glass door did not close completely also allowing insects to enter the room. Breakfast buffet excellent especially omelette service.
Everything was good except for the food at the restaurant.
The property is situated on the best beach located in Grenada, and it is central to nearby local shops and restaurants. The property is well-maintained, but updates are looming.
