I loved the pool and the look of the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was pretty clean. The sheets had a hole in it but otherwise were clean.
Stayed here for three nights. First thing I noticed when we walked in the lobby; the smell of weed (it’s Colorado). Only one elevator was working, took forever! We ended up just using the stairs the whole time (4th floor got our exercise). Got the room, smelled funny, old and run down, the mattress was yellow. The number one thing that I couldn’t get over and wish I had known; no microwave and no fridge in the room!!!! That put a huge damper, guess it’s good I didn’t have my two small children with me. This was an anniversary getaway, and I was so bummed because the reviews were good. Bad stay. One of the worst I’ve ever had. Trust me, stay somewhere else.

The room was big enough and comfortable for 2 adults and my two dogs. The area around the hotel is nice and spacious to take the dogs for a walk. It’s located near restaurants and some big box stores. I stayed because of an event at Fiddlers Green, it Is a short ride. You can even hear the concerts at night outside. Once in the room you won’t hear your neighbors.
Staff (Margaret) at the reception was very kind and helpful! The General Manager responded quickly to our online request for an early arrival, excellent location near many shopping malls & plenty of restaurants…all around a great property for a stay in Denver, thank you!

The staff truly makes this place because everything else truly needs an upgrade. The sink and tub had a slow drain initially but ultimately stopped worked at the tail end of our 3 day trip. The room wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t the dirtiest. Everything besides the TVs and lobby/pool area could use a face lift. The staff is what made this trip ‘OK’ as opposed to poor.
Clean, comfortable, easy to get to. Staff were all great. I am happy that we chose to stay there. I would go back again.

Really nothing remarkably good or bad about the hotel. The rooms were clean, but offset by the cramped bathroom with no towel rods. The Starbucks cafe was nice, good service, but the it is only open til noon. The fitness room was adequate both nothing special. The weekend before halloween there were rowdies roaming the halls and hollering past bedtime, but again probably par for most hotels.
Customer service was outstanding. Location was easy to get on and off freeway. They offered military members extras that made it great place to stay.
Easy to find. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The 9th and 10th floor club amenities was nice to have our own breakfadt area. The evening snacks were great and very unexpected. The Starbucks cafe inside is always a plus for picky coffee drinkers like myself...my coffee was made perfect!!!
