The room was really good and clean. We bought the full breakfast buffet which, contrary to the continental buffet, incl waffles and French toast. It turned out they were out of both. We weren’t informed about that before buying th full buffet and they wouldn’t pay back the difference between the full and continental buffet when we told them about the disappointment.

But I found it frustrating that when I showed up at 3pm my room was not ready. There was also some confusion on breakfast being included or not. I made a group reservation and negotiated breakfast to be included. local staff were not aware of that

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night on our way back to Texas. Unfortunately my husband had a very low sugar episode at 5am. I had to call 911 since he was not responsive to my comands . I went to the front desk for help direct EMS get to the hotel. Mr Z and Ms June went out of the way to help in every way. Upon check out I mentioned something about the incident to the front staff. The only thing she said: "I heard about it" she never asked how my husband was or anything. I felt very disapointed that they did not care about their guests They had plenty of time to talk among themselves outloud which i found very unprofessional. The hotel was clean but the front desk morning staff was far from what I would have expected after an unfortunate health incident. Thanks again to Mr Z and Ms June (kitchen staff) the other staff need some training about customer service!

The food in the lobby cafe was wonderful, and the complementary citrus water and coffee were both appreciated. The bathroom in the room was nice and clean, but the beds were pretty awful. One bed had a disgusting stain on the bottom sheet, while the other bed had no top sheet at all. Because it was late I did not report the problem, but did mention it to housekeeping the next morning and she changed the sheets. I'd hesitate to stay at a Wyndham Hotel in the future.

Found this room on booking.com after booking a hotel that looked like a motel when we arrive. So found this hotel and was happy we did. Loved staying here.

We love our coffee and tea so this place is wonderful because they have Seattles Best Coffee and Tazo Teas. Not to mention that the staff was really friendly and the whole property was super clean!

We stayed at this hotel when we evacuated from Hurricane Irma largely because it is pet friendly, and we have a dog. We also stayed last year when we evacuated from Hurricane Matthew, but this year was VASTLY DIFFERENT than last. The air conditioner in our room did not work for the first 2 days we were there. We complained to front desk numerous times, and the clerk literally told us that she did not know what to do to fix the problem. At long last, they finally switched us to a different room. The pool area was locked, and the front desk would not let us relax at the tables around the pool. We could not determine WHY they would not allow us to gain entry to the pool area. No explanation was given; we were simply refused entry and not permitted to relax outdoors. Thanks, jerks. The back door to the property had a malfunctioning key card reader, so if you left through that door, you had to bang on the door until someone noticed you to regain entry to the building. Otherwise, you had to walk all the way around the entire building to enter through the front. We reported this issue numerous times to the front desk, where once again, we were told that they did not know what to do to remedy the problem. The phones! Let's talk about the phones. We had our elderly Mother with us, and could not use the room-to-room calling. Every time I tried her room number (311), a man would answer. Later on, we were informed by the extremely incompetent front desk clerk(s) that something happened to the phone system, and all of the even numbers are reversed. In other words, to call 311, you would need to dial 309. I asked why that wasn't being fixed, and I was informed that the property owners do not wish to spend $15,000.00 to fix the problem with the telephones. So many, many, many issues with this hotel. So little room to type...... All in all, an EXTREMELY frustrating 4 night stay at this hotel. We will never stay here again. Never again, Wyndham Garden Greenville Airport. NEVER. AGAIN.

Love this Hotel! It is clean, the people from the Hotel are so polite ! Room are super clean! I did come there for the Eclipse and It was a wonderful experience. I am recommend this hotel to any one visiting South Caroline ! Than you so much for all!

We had a very pleasant stay at this facility. It is clean, accessible, and modern. The location is great. Good restaurants are within walking distance as well as other shopping including an Earth fare grocery store The city of Greenville is fabulous and offers many cultural opportunities.

Recently came to town to visit friends and family in the area. This hotel was reccomended by some local friends. I have to say the staff were very courteous and so helpful when trying to figure out where to go eat and any sights I should see while in town. Staff came across as proficeint and efficient which is always a great thing in a hotel staff. Would definitely come back.
