Initial night, the room was nice and clean. The following night, I found out that no room service will be conducted unless you request it the day before. The "breakfast" was very disappointing. There coffee was horrible and the creamers had expired dates in them... clumps! Only good thing besides the first day cleanliness was the proximity to nice restaurants and the airport.

Shuttle service not available...no Uber was ordered...taxi was finally called and i had to pay for it. Then i had to share it with a complete stranger. When taxi arrived it reeked of weed!

When I got there, I was told my room was already charged. Asked to swipe my card again to have the 'hold' put on, now I see I have been charged twice for the room.I wouldn't necessarily say the lady who checked me in was rude, but she definitely makes you feel like you're a total burden and inconvenience. Had to sign a no smoking waiver. Got to my room, reaked of cigarettes. No hallway lighting on level 5, very uncomfortable for a single female. The room I paid for was for 3 double beds, only to get 2 double but only 1 decent bed.. The other double bed obviously has a broken boxspring or something as it was on a crazy angle and not comfortable to even sit on. Took a shower, and there were dead bugs behind the clean towels. Also, hope you don't want to watch tv because despite it being a beautiful clear day, it still said No Signal. Other wise, awesome location for what we needed.

Excellent & courteous staff. However they had a big free airport shuttle bus they did not have any luggage buggies

The manager was me of the rudest individuals I have ever met, she messed up the times we had to be at the airport and got mad at us because she had to drive the shuttle. She threw our luggage around and wouldn’t talk to us after that. The room was very dirty, a bright light outside was pointed directly at the bed. Room and bed were tiny. Never will stay again.

When I walked in the lady at the front desk was rude, but not a deal breaker, then got to our room and it smelled terrible!! Really set my allergies off

Not that great. The room reeked of cigarettes that almost immediately have me a headache. Inconveniently realize about the 7 sheets of TP on the roll when I sat down for business. Charge a pet fee for my quiet and well trained dog. Outside grounds were weedy and full of stickers that stuck out from the well maintained grass of the surrounding hotels. I would not stay here again.

The breakfast was good, front desk service lacks customer service skills, no greetings , no questions asked about your stay, at check out I bearly got a word out of the attendant.

You get what you pay for. No shuttle during the day (Saturday); it only started at 4:30pm. The next morning we had a very early flight out and there was no shuttle until 5am. That is early, but not if you have a 5:30am flight. Hotel staff very nice and tried to be helpful.

It took 20+ minutes to get checked in because the 2 people on duty were being trained by someone who wasnt there/available. Once he arrived, he said the computers were down. Couldnt get points or access info.. asked for 3am wakeup call for 4am shuttle to airport. Neither happened. Found out next day, shuttles dont begin until 430am. Parking is not free, cant leave car there when flying out and limit to week for $10 (should be stated in info).
