The night manager was awesome, polite, and understanding. My flight was delayed, and he had me checked in with no problems or fuss. The problem was with the day shift managers. Couldn't be bothered enough to put down her cell phone and answer a few easy questions, or call a taxi to get me where I needed to go. She told me to use Uber, even after I said I didn't want to. She shrugged and went back to Facebook. The room and bed were excellent, but the staff made me never want to book with Wyndham again, if that's how I will be treated. Plenty of other places to rest my hat.

It took four trips to the front desk to get into a clean room. I was twice given keys that would not work. The room I was put in had not been cleaned (see pics). The room I finally ended up staying in had carpet that didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in weeks, the floor was pretty dirty. It was a long day already after business and it was icing on the cake to an all around bad day. I spoke to the manager about my difficulties and his response was “we made a mistake”. There was no offer to right the wrongs. I’d expect a better experience for what I paid. I may as well had stayed at a Motel 6. I would not recommend based on my overall experience.

Very good hotel. Polite staff, smooth Checkin. Only issue was not enough towels. Staff took care of it and brought more towels up.

Bed a little lumpy but nice room. Would like to have breakfast included.

Very nice, comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Basic hotel, nothing fancy. However it was very comfortable, clean, friendly staff, quick service. Bed was very comfortable with multiple pillows to choose from. Room and entire property was clean and neat. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation. Price was one of best in the area also.

Needed hotel close to Greenville airport with shuttle service. Hotel was clean, nothing too fancy. Front desk help was extremely nice. Young man working front desk at 5am also drove the shuttle to take me to the airport...and he did it with a smile and pleasant conversation! :)

I've stayed here when it was the quality inn. They changed to whyndam garden inn. The rooms and hotel is still the same so I don't agree with going from paying 75-80$ a night to 100-12o but I understand the change. The rooms are great. Most of staff was great. One very extremely rude desk attend made me just check out and go to another hotel I pay to stay I can't deal with rudeness. Other than that thebstaybwas great

The whole reason we choose this hotel and this room was because it was supposed to be a smoking room with a microwave and refrigerator in the room. When we got to the hotel we found out that it was a non smoking hotel even though it stated on the web site that it was smoking. Then when we got into the room there was not a microwave or a refrigerator in the room like it said on the web site. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and difficult for us to get to sleep because of not being able to get comfortable. Over all it was not a good hotel experience.

For the price, I expected a decent experience. Greenville is sometimes a tough market and I waited too late. Across the board, it was all BAD... Nothing met my expectations! I will never go back. The only good thing I can say is the morning coffee was good. (I did not eat, due to the fact I was afraid of the lack of cleanliness all over this property).

This is the second time I have stayed here and the second time the reservation was screwed up. The hotel made it right, but the hassle is not worth it. I will try a different hotel next time in that area.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was near a lot of restaurants. The staff was helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very nice and included many choices. We would stay there again.

I have stayed here many times over the years, but this is my first since the property transitioned from Hampton Inn to Quality Inn. In my view there has been no drop off in the quality of this hotel. (In fact, the breakfast is measurably improved with more hot options.) Otherwise the location with super easy access to I-85 (without being too close to the highway noise), plus the many varied restaurant options within walking distance make this a natural choice for me when I'm in Greenville.
