Loved the view, the location (minutes walk from the main street), the people interactions were awesome! Everything was amazing! Disliked when we did come back to the room after a long day and wanted to watch the tv it was antiquated . Meaning that the system would allow for you to share your phone or add apps like Apple tv to watch additional content other than coaxial tv. The menu would kick you out frequently browsing the channels on the menu. Also the TV was at a 90 degree angle from the bed so watching tv leads to a stiff neck. Overall awesome and would come back!

Perfect location for a girls trip!
We loved how it was right on the river walk and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. It is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city! Breakfast was very good. My family loved the scrambled eggs! Highly recommend.
Just a few of the gripes - no bottled water in the room, very mediocre breakfast (think fruit loops and waffles with chocolate sprinkles), renovation in progress so one of the two elevators was a disgusting construction elevator. Parking is a long city block from hotel lobby through another building. Broken A/C whined all night so little sleep.

The view of the river was beautiful. This hotel is close to several very nice restaurants and places for dessert. We also like that it is in a pedestrian friendly part of town with Falls park only 5 minute walk from the lobby.

perfect location on the river and within walking distance of downtown !! staff accommodated our request to watch our favorite hockey team in their common area so we didn't have to be cooped up in our room watching. 24 hr coffee available was a nice touch and of course the free breakfast hit the spot on the way out in the morning. Cant wait to come back to Greenville and definitely will stay here again !!
