Best Western Greenville Airport Inn

Great location, Continental breakfast every morning, No elevators so If your room is on the second floor, you will have to take your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Always stay here when we have an early flight out or late night arrival. Shuttle to airport starts at 5:00am and can park your car there while away. Not sure how late the shuttle pickup from airport is though. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms.

Good location. Friendly staff. Nice size room- very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet included.

Convenient for late night arrival at airport.....decided to stay here instead of driving home another hour.

Room was very clean. Staff was very accommodating and arranged shuttle to the airport. Will stay here again.

Hotel offers shuttle to and from the airport, I just called from the airport and in less than 10 minutes they picked me up. Good breakfast buffet options. Coffee and tea all day.Friendly staff and most of all clean room.

Start with the best: The staff were kind, accommodating, and professional. The room was extremely clean. They are doing the best with what they are given. Not so good: the room was very loud. The air conditioner needs an update to a quieter model. The toilet, while very clean, kept refilling all nite. That sound can be very distracting as well. I must admit, As we went to our rooms, I didn't feel very safe. There were a lot of people loitering around outside, and since we were on the bottom floor and our door was facing out towards the parking lot, I didn't feel secure... For these reasons, ,I would not recommend this hotel to a friend. But I do commend the very kind and professional staff.

We decided to use the Park & Fly they offer. We stayed with them before our flight and 3 weeks later when we returned. We didn't have to pay for the parking which was very good for us because we were gone for quite a while and long term parking would have been ridiculous. When we returned to GSP after our 34 hour day of exhausting travel and the shuttle picked us up and dropped us at the hotel, we signed in and went right to sleep. Next morning a really nice breakfast to get us on our way for the last leg of our journey, the drive home. We will definitely do this again when we travel abroad again in the Spring. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is friendly.

This hotel has guest rooms that are really run down. Chipped wooden doors nooks that haven't been cleaned in yrs and dark rigs and bed covering that scared me. I though all BWesterns had a standard but I guess this one hasn't been checked on for a while. I would never consider staying here again even for free yet paid over $100....

I was very impressed by the staff, which was in many ways shorthanded. The young man who picked me up in the shuttle at the airport was very helpful, pleasant, and cordial. He kept apologizing for the traffic on I 85 which was terrible and caused for a delay in getting to the hotel. Then the young woman manning the desk was amazing. How she handled calls coming in, customers asking questions, and explaining the hotel to new registering folks was nothing short of genius. She was polite and helpful and should be given a raise.

Parking is limited. Guests (work crews ?) socialize in the parking lot until late at night.

Good value for the money, very clean room especially for a room allotted for pets

My only complaint is that the trees need to be trimmed around the walkway.

very clean and comfortable bed. Would stay there again.

we felt like kings and queens when we stayed in room 112 there.the staff was excellent.we stayed 4 days and the room was cleaned daily, new towels, trash was picked up etc.we actually saw the manager checking the rooms for cleanliness.she was very good at her job.you will be able to tell her by her accent and friendly smile.the food was very good.i always went back for seconds.we will always stay there when we go to south carolina.

Best western GV Inn was great place to stay . I spent 7 days there for my business trip. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good too. I would like to visit there again. Its quite worth it.

Hotel was right off the freeway on ramp which was convenient at times. Free internet and breakfast were definite perks and the staff was friendly. Good value for the price.

nice and clean. very reasonable price. this was perfect for a business trip.

It was ok. My children enjoyed themselves. The room was nice with hardwood floors, comfortable beds and great location. The only negative thing I would say is have clean pillow cases. Other than that it is a hotel i will definitely go back and visit again.

We needed a place to stop in for a night and Best Western was a great place! Would definitely recommend to a friend

Thank you for your review. I am happy that you enjoyed our staff and the room's cleanliness. However, I apologize that you had a few issues. Could you let me know what room you were in so that we can have maintenance check the A/C and toilet? Anytime something like that happens, please call the desk and we can send maintenance offer. As far as people loitering around outside, this time of year in an exterior hotel, people will be hanging around outside. I assure you that our property is safe. We hope that you will ive us another chance to better impress you in the future. Also, I would recommend asking for a courtside facing room or upstairs so that you are not facing the parking lot. We wish you well in all of your future stays, even if they are not with us.
