The deposit was supposed to be to ensure the room wasn't smoked in but the first room they gave me smelled like an ashtray. The second room appeared to have bedbugs because I was itching and very uncomfortable all night. The couch in the room was dirty and wore out.
Loved the lobby. Would have liked to have seem better updates in room with shower and toilet plumbing. Shower squeaked and faucets and knobs and finish old. Toilet was very slow to flush
Shower pressure is weak

The staff I spoke with were polite and professional. The amenities in the rooms were old, but the room was clean. I do wish there was more lighting. Sadly, my stay here was ruined by a noisy neighbor. I’m unsure why I was placed in a room connected with a door to her room (or anyone’s room) when the hotel was not full. When I tried to contact the front desk to make a noise complaint and ask a question, no one answered. Additionally, it rained while I was there, which made the walkway around the hotel dangerously slippery.

Nice location, check in and out-quick and efficient. Perfect location my wife walked to the Haywood Mall-right across the street. Room was comfortable and quiet. Nothing negative to say. The breakfast was excellent-which is always nice as that saves the cost of paying for a restaurant. Will plan to come again.
