Orbitz did not update the fact that this hotel will be closing soon. There was no TV, Internet, Bar, Restaurant, housekeeping service. I was given a refund by the hotel

The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities you would expect. The property is very large, with a huge indoor pool and workout facility. The restaurant and bar were great, but the real icing on the cake was the included breakfast. A chef prepares a made to order omelet! Also they had potatoes, fruit, and all the other items you might expect. The breakfast was fabulous! This was the best bargain and experience I have had in a long time, A great find!!

Would not return, the rooms have a lot of bugs (not bed bugs). AC is regulated so room doesnt get cool. The pool is not at all ready for use, dirty , cloudy, and no heat so its freezing. No towels in pool area. Just poor maintained. We didnt go in the pool at all. Breakfast there where no meats at all, i asked for a ham n cheese omlete n was told they dont do that. Will never stay at ramada again

The rooms are in severe need of updating. The mattress was horrible and old. It's hard to fathom in this day and age that a hotel doesn't have decent pillow top mattress's. The room's carpeting is at least 30 years old and is disgusting with stains everywhere. I can't imagine how much bodily fluid is embedded into the carpeting and the in the stained decrepit couch. I put on flip flops when I walked on the carpet. I was afraid to sit on the couch. It could be a decent place to stay...but it's just too nasty for me. The workout room had only 3 machines: 1 treadmill... elliptical machine....and 1 bike which was the worst exercise bike I've ever experienced (the seat was impossible to adjust and the back was stuck in the recline position....you could clearly see that all 3 machines are cheap models. The only bright side was the restaurant/bar...the food and drinks were very good.

Great Breakfast Choices. Clean room. Toilet seats too flimsy.

We go to the Ramada often when visiting family. It's always nice and the breakfast is wonderful. They usually have bands on the weekends and you can usually get a voucher to get in free. The only downside is that the past couple of times, we've noticed that there's no lobby coffee/tea service. They've stopped it in hopes that people will use the coffee maker in the room. We used to enjoy getting to the hotel and getting coffee while stretching our legs due to the long drive or sitting by the fireplace.

I never have given a review, but my stay at this hotel was bad enough to warrant a review. I don’t require a whole lot when it comes to a hotel, but this hotel in my opinion is just right down gross! I never have stayed at a hotel as bad as this one! The carpet was stained & worn out in the room. Not to mention the dust & dirt on the carpet along the walls. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The ceiling tile was painted different colors. The bathroom reeked of mildew. The mirror obviously hadn’t even been cleaned because of fingerprints smudged all over it. Went to use the iron & it had something burnt on the bottom of it. The ironing board was filthy, stained & rusty. The bed comforter had a huge burn stain in the middle of it. One of the bath towels had what looked like cigarette burns all the way through the towel. The carpet in the restaurant was stained & showed wear in the high traffic areas. The cushions on the dining room chairs were stained. The walls needed painted & was peeling as well in the restaurant. I also had the wonderful pleasure of having the fire alarm go off just as I was going to sleep. It went off for 20-30 minutes. If I could of found another hotel that wasn’t full & if I wasn’t so tired, I would have left. Stay away from this hotel! It needs to be burned down & rebuilt!

Older hotel. No hottub. Rooms are clean, breakfast is amazing and they had great customer service.

Good place to stay for a night. Clean. Older, but remodeled rooms. Convenient location. We were pleased with the stay here.

A little hard to get to but once found it was very nice

First room was horrible but, they were more than accommodating to get us a new room. The noise of the pool was a bit much at 930 pm, and the air conditioning kicking on was loud. But, nice having a refrigerator and clean. Needs some updating overall.

Overall, I liked it. For a single night stay, consider it’s not a high end hotel, I highly recommend it. It surprised me with the variety of choices for free breakfast. It’s just not very handicap friendly

Comfortable, beautiful Christmas decorations, friendly staff, very nice!

First of all they are super dog friendly. Took both of my large dogs with now extra fees. Most of the employees there seemed to love dogs as they all came up to mine and told me how nice they were. Also they have lots of nice grass to walk you dogs. And the indoor pool was nice and warm. And the beds were super comfortable. And the breakfast buffet with a made to order omelette bar and many other choices was terrific. I can't say enough positive things about this place. I wish every hotel was this welcoming to dogs and this comfortable and nice!!

I stayed in the suite... it was an impressive room but was showing it's age... I don't feel the maids have EVER moved furniture to vacuum under it... gnats were flying around in the room due to the gross stuff under the end tables and the bed... food maybe??? I don't know as it was covered with an inch of dust... the shower would have been great with all the spray nozzles in the wall but one of the four sprayers was plugged up and didn't work any longer... the shower wouldnt hold temperature and would turn freezing then scalding without notice... the hose going to the hand sprayer was all worn out and bandaged together to keep the leaking to a minimum... the jacuzzi tub was nice and worked well... I don't feel this room was worth the $180 a night I paid but I did enjoy having a suite non the less...
