this motel was verrry close to a local interstate, and the very high noise level was easily heard all night long!!!
The service was very good. The staff was nice however I asked for more towels and it seemed to be problem. Room smelled terrible. Breakfast was ok
The price for this room was about $40.00 more it should have been. Staff who did paperwork was wonderful but owner of this place is into greed verses quality of room...Owner should be ashamed of himself...I won't stay at this place again. The trash pick up and the noise was at about 6 a.am. along with the road noise it will keep me away...oh and just why does Wyndham Rewards remove customer names from their computers once they become members...I've stayed at plenty of their places and none are in their computer...sad and neither was I.
This hotel is extremely overpriced for the room. The bathroom fan did not work, 3 pillows for a king sized bed is not enough. The remote for the tv worked when it wanted to. Extremely noisy guests in the rooms on eaither side. Fpr 112$ pr night i would expect a clean nice room.
The office manager was extremely pleasant and accommodating. We were locked out of our room because of the door lock was messed up but she was able to get it working quickly. The linens need replaced completely and the floors need steam cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was good and offered more than just coffee and oatmeal. Location isn’t far from downtown and was easy to find.
Convenient location, room was good for the price, we appreciated breakfast too. The front desk staff who checked us in, Ursula, went above and beyond for us. She was extremely kind and helpful with information that we needed, and even went as far as giving us a bottle of water while we waited, and a little bag of goodies for my daughter. When we were leaving in the morning, my daughter asked if we could go say goodbye to her friend Ursula. Great service always brings me back, so thank you!
My expectations were not much for a budget hotel, but I was very pleased with this one. The room was clean with updated TV with plenty of programming options. The service was also very good. Ursala was pleasant in adjusting my room type on arrival since I had overlooked booking a smoking room. Thank you Ursala.
Make sure if you are a non-smoker you get a non-smoking room. Air freshener is one thing but when the towels reek of smoke, you no longer feel clean
I was double charged at checking nd then two hours later. I noticed the charge the next morning and called the hotel to get the manager Ursula or Angela ms was told tht this was a normal occurrence with their new system. I left my name and number to get a clearer explanation of what happened and had to call them back.the second lady I was speaking to explained the same thing but said that she had contacted someone else to see what could be done. She told me it would be put back on my card the next day which was two days ago and I'm still waiting .
First time we have ever left a hotel. First room was suppose to be non smoking, it smelled like a cigarette and there was an ashtray on coffee table. The second was smelled better but carpet dirty. Figured we could handle it. In room for 30 minutes, looked at air conditioning unit, it had black cheeto size chunks on unit. Decided to leave. Clerk was very nice but we were out cost of room (we had showered before looking at the air unit).
