The hotel is a little older but in very good condition. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful, and they also have a very good breakfast.

smelly room like mold from ac. have seen cleaner golf greens than the carpet

Room smelled awful cleaning staff nice, desk, not customer friendly. We booked for three nights, left after two and went elsewhere preferring to pay a Saturday night premium than stay another night at Ramada.

An upgraded Highway-side hotel. Rooms open to outside balcony and room/bathroom was clean. Flat screen TV's but the picture was fuzzy. nice buffet breakfast included.

Clean and comfortable. Freezer needed to be defrosted and done immediately when asked. staff was courteous and answered all of our questions politely and well. The restaurant staff was excellent - remembered that friend's wife wanted hot tea the second day of our visit and remembered I wanted coffee but my wife didn't on our second day - way above expectations! Wish there were more than 1 ice machine.

I really do not like to write poor reviews. However, as a single traveler and a woman, I would not recommend staying here unless you were guaranteed the inside hotel rooms or had a male companion. I was unaware that this hotel is an outside hotel with the doors on the outside (like a motel). After I was given my room, I went into open the door and their was a male person sleeping on the couch. Of course, this makes me very uncomfortable. In addition, I felt unsafe. In addition, I felt as though their were many males hanging around the hotel and in the interior that were not guests. The woman (I think the manger) at the front kindly gave me an inside room. She was very apologetic and sincere. For that their was a plus.

Honesty it was a great value. Very close to Elon and The Cutting Board next door is essentially as good if not better than Outback an exit down. If you are visiting your kids at Elon this is a great place right next to te highway and much better priced than the hotels at exit 141.

We needed 1 night and needed a good value . This was the place. Included breakfast was nice and its right off the highway .

I always stay at this facility when I'm in Burlington visiting family. They serve a very good buffet breakfast.

The rooms were clean and comfortable; the location is close to Elon and I-40 and Huffman Mills Road. The bathrooms need some serious updating as the water temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate. The breakfast, while plentiful, was pretty dried out. And on our second morning, the hostess refused to give me a large take out cup of coffee (and we weren't even eating there; we went to Biscuitville instead). Otherwise, the staff was superbly friendly! So basically, a good value, good location, and nice people (unless you need an XL coffee)!

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, quiet setting. The breakfast was better than expected and the waitstaff at the breakfast buffet were excellent. There was nothing fancy about this hotel but it was a good value and I would stay here again.

Very good experience food and very good customer service.

I've stayed at this Ramada several times in the past. It's location is excellent, easy to get on/off I40. Several chain restaurants at this exit and at next exit 2 miles to west. Staff is aways friendly. This visit, I had already driven 12 hours, and still had 3 more to go. Room was clean. I finally got a chance to take advantage of the free hot breakfast buffet. Will stay here again.

After 46 years from my home town I decided to return and this hotel was perfect for me. It is located near everything that was important to me. What a surprize when I had breakfast in the hotel. Whitout a doubt the best selection in my life for a hotel breakfast. I would return to this beautiful place.

Bed was comfortable. It was easy to find. Room smelled dank and walls were dirty. Shower was impossible. No water pressure and either too hot or cold, no in between. Shower was stained badly. Curtain was clean. There was shampoo and soap, hair dryer etc. Would not recommend except bed was comfortable for a passing through sleep spot. We stayed a week it was 40 miles away from our destination. Advertised distance was15-20 miles. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was decent.

need more handicap rooms but everything else was perfect.

Although they are remodeling presently, it did not affect the cleanliness of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff, or the GREAT breakfast that you get complimentary from staying there as a guest. You actually get a "real" breakfast! And even though it was winter and snow and ice on the ground, the pool was clear and clean. The price was great, whether due to time of year or because of them remodeling, we could not believe the deal we got. We will definitely keep this hotel on our staying list!

Room was too noisy due to traffic. Wanted in side building room. Wasnt available.

we needed a place for one night while visiting Elon University...great location...great price...friendly staff...would stay again....

everything was great. the room was clean and the place was quite
