Had to ask someone to scrap stuff off our room carpet. They did not vacuum. Sink would not drain. Spring poking up through one of the mattresses. Power went off early Sunday morning. Had to take shower in darkness and shave in tub because the sink would not drain. No one seemed to know anything. No apologies from staff. It was not a pleasant experience.

Hotel needs updating Feels old and needs an exterminator, I saw spiders in the building..

This is a good hotel if you are working in the area.

Hotel was seedy, dirty, smelly Staff was terrific, helpful, Great people

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and always professional.

Hotel was not clean. The room had a used bar of soap in the bathroom, the carpet was dirty and the bath tub was dirty.

1-I would like to commend Kim (Front desk) on her excellent professionalism, intellect and excellent customer service. Ms. Kim nominated for #1 customer service/auditor of year 2016-2017. 2-A complaint of another desk clerk that was non-professional, belligerent and hung the telephone in middle of conversation with guest. 3-Room service was not attended to daily. 4-Remodeling during our stay could have been scheduled when guests were NOT present. Thank you. Nett Payne Flex Services P O BOX 7482 Silver Spring, Md 20907

After a long day of travel I arrived at the Radisson High Point shortly after 8p.m. The front desk clerk told me the restaurant & room service operated until 10p.m. I headed to my room, I was starving so I went to order room service but there was no menu. I called down and asked to be connected to room service, I ordered a ceasar salad with shrimp - at 8:30p.m. When my salad was still not there at 9:40, I called the front desk and asked to be connected to room service- no answer. I called back at 9:45 and explained my situation to the front desk clerk and she put me on hold. She came back and said "the ktichen is looking for your order. Ok, have a good night". I asked if I should just wait and she said yes. At 10:15p.m., I finally gave up and went to sleep. I was awakened at 10:35 by someone knocking on my door, it was finally my salad. The server apologized explaining she was the only working in the restaurant except the chef. I accept the salad and sat down to eat, there was no dressing - lettuce, shrimp, and cheese after a 2hr wait! I gave up, and ate my salad. I was almost finished when another knock at the door and it was the server with my dressing. When I checked out, no one asked me how my stay was or thanked me for staying. Upon leaving, the parking attendant asked me multiple questions about my stay and apologized profusely for the lack of customer service. The front desk staff could learn a thing or 20 from the parking attendant. Would NEVER recommend this hotel.

Hotel needs free parking and the lighting and furniture in the room needs improvement The location to the furniture market is great and the lobby and hotel facilities are also great.

I stay there only a few hours between 8 hour drives to High Point and back to take my daughter to High Point University. During the relatively brief time I find the staff nice and the room clean and comfortable.

First off when I get to the hotel around 4:30pm they are still cleaning the rooms so I had to wait for them to finish but they are knocking on my door before 9:00am to come clean. I think it was to just come rummage thru your room or they need more staff. The refridgerator is broken the hotel smells moldy. Wanted to get some extra sleep since I was rudely awakened so early so I asked for a late check out. 15 mins after the late check out was up (mind you I was just about to walk out the door), the lady called and said that I needed to be out now or she was going to charge me extra! I told her that I had to wait for my room when I arrived but she wants to charge me extra! I will not be staying at another Radisson Hotel Ever!

As an architect, I love to see older hotels maintained and still in operation. The property was clean, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. I was there for four nights, and I got one good night's sleep, because the acoustics are awful. Staff had to evict an adjacent guest and move me on the first night. A convention of late-night revelers could be heard until 1:00 AM on the other nights. I want other guests to enjoys their stays, so the issue is clearly a matter of acoustical isolation at doors and between rooms. I'm sorry to say that I won't be back.

This at one time was probably a very nice hotel. Years of neglect have left this hotel in sad shape. Advertised restaurant was closed. Our room and no toilet paper, no remote for tv, crushed pretzels in the carpet, the sliding mirror door for closet was shattered, clock did not work and in general was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Went to High Point to purchase furniture and was told all the furniture stores in the area of the hotel only sold wholesale.

The hotel was conveniently located in walking distance of the High Point Theater. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Place was incredible dirty. Car was broken into overnight. In fact do not go to this town. Shop online.

The downtown location was not convenient for us, but we wanted an indoor pool. The pool was nice. Large motel, mostly vacant this time of year, staff was only okay. We had breakfast at the motel one morning- indifferent food and service. Room was fine. Did not expect to have to pay for parking in addition to room-but you either pay for parking or take your chances parking on the street. Parking is 6.00/night in a parking garage. I'd suggest if you are traveling to this area, unless this motel is right where you want to be, book early somewhere else before the rates go up.

I booked three rooms for 3 nights. Front desk folks were great. 2 room keys did not work and both locks had to be reprogrammed and batteries replaced. TV in one room did not work and maintenance staff repaired/replaced. Room not particularly clean -crumbs on floor and dusty. Shower was great and highlight of the stay.

This is a large hotel downtown. Parking is 6.00/night - unless you want to park on the street. There is no free breakfast. The bed was very nice, quite comfortable. Indoor pool was warm and very enjoyable. Fitness room was adequate (for a mostly non-exerciser). The location proved to be inconvenient for me.

I was already planning on visiting the hotel for a Christmas party and decided to stay overnight so I wouldn't have to travel home afterwards. It was comfortable and welcoming.

Great place. Will return for college visits. Was there to view High Point University. Only 3 miles from campus. Clean hotel. We have made this the only place we will stay during our visits.
