Days Inn Greensboro Airport

We asked for a non-smoking room but when we walked in, the room was wreaking with cigarette smells that did not go away throughout our entire stay of 5 nights. It was very obvious it was a smoking room and sold as non-smoking room. The floors were very dirty and it looked like the corners of the rooms were not vacuumed for months if not years. There were mildew stains around the bathtub with paint stains. The toilet was loose so it warbled each time you used it. The lamps were missing light bulbs. We know this Days Inn was close to the Greensboro airport but there were plans flying over the rooms late at night and early morning as if they were going to land in your room. People were yelling outside late at night if they were drunk and fighting

Stopped at a fire station to get directions. Was told hotel not very desirable. Notorious for drugs/crime. Suggested I go somewhere else. A very uncomfortable night. Will not use orbitz again. Could not get out of booking. Also, will inform Days Inn.

Worst Wyndham propertes ever they advertise breakfast but the managers are sleep were thay keeps the food so the morning staff cannot get breakfast out. And house keepers steal go in ur room even without you asking dirty rooms not worth the money

Just needed a room for one night and it fit the bill. Your typical cheap hotel room, nothing fancy but nothing awful.

In general the stay was alright. The mini fridge broke while I was there. Also, the phone line on my end didn't work when I called to see what time breakfast was (since I couldn't find the times anywhere in the room) and when I was trying to complain about some guys playing basketball in the parking lot right outside my room when I was trying to sleep.

Affordable and close. We decided to come here at the last minute and they were open. The breakfast could use some more food in it but otherwise the whole experience was solid.

Compared to my worst hotel stay, this was very slightly better because of the people working there. They were great. I also felt safer staying here than as compared to worst experience (where desk clerk was too high to run my credit card). That's the good part. There was nothing that was so wrong with the room to make a fuss about but the small things added up to a depressing experience. Hole in the bathroom wall, sagging ceilings, cigarette burns in comforter, microwave and mini fridge were so dirty that I didn't feel comfortable using them. I booked this room over a stay at a Microtel because this advertised free in room wifi. While I was able to detect a network, the signal wasn't string enough to connect to. Glad I was only staying one night. Wish I went for microtel since they seem to have higher standards of cleanliness and were cheaper.

This hotel is clean, good comfort and easy acces in auto.

Very friendly morning staff and clean, but some lights did not work and bathroom door jammed.

Room comfortable. most of the cable guide channels did not work. Good shower. Pool water cold and cloudy. Breakfast was not great, best thing were the fruit loops.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever been at. The floor was nasty and damp. The wifi and telephone did not work and they didn't bother to tell you upon check in. They told a guest that need towels & wash cloths that they ran out and ask her what happen to ones she had gotten the prior day. How nasty is a hotel to expect guest to reuse wash cloths and towels. Never again.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, the hotel needs some serious TLC. Good news is, there were no bed bugs. My first room, the shower didn't work and the curtain was moldy. The staff moved me to a cleaner room, but the paint was still peeling and the fridge's seal was crumbling. There was a dead bug (looked like a roach) on the floor where they serve breakfast. The "continental breakfast" consisted of three cereals and either toast or a bagel. It was a cheap hotel, but I think for $50 a night, it could have been better.

For a High Point Market it was just fine. The shuttle to the market was convenient. Unfortunately we where able to book only smoking rooms and they do smell. The breakfast in the morning is lousy no fruits no eggs. If you have a gluten intolerance - bring your own. But for the money I think it was fare.

A bit of wear and tear, but about what you'd expect for the money. Nice staff.

It was rated a TWO. and it was a TWO.. Location was great for my business with a great resturant across the street.

The water coming out of the shower was brown, even after a second usage.

got the room at the last minute -typical airport hotel , clean - well run - resonable price , no food on premises but great diner right acroos street went during furniture show -got the room very late -i was suprised

I was initially given a room on the ground floor with drapes that were hanging off the rails and people walking outside looking in - as a woman traveling alone I was very upset. I asked to be moved which they did (why give me that other room in the first place!!!) to a moderately better room. But when I returned the second night (late from work) I found out I had been checked out even though I had checked in for 3 nights. Another couple had been checked into my room and my things were still in the drawers - anything left out had been taken out of the room - no one had checked the drawers. And they had no more rooms available except the first one left. This was the worst experience I have ever had - and I travel alot but I will never stay in a this hotel chain again and would not recommend to anyone. I ended up having to find another hotel - 40 minutes away and had to pay over $50 to get there and then the room was considerably more money! Am still trying to get my 2 nights refunded.
