Staff was super friendly! Hotel just seemed kind of our of date. Was probably really nice back in its day.

Clean but needs remodeling staff friendly and tries to be accommodating

The hotel seemed old and worn down anywhere past the lobby. The room needed a good deep clean as there was mold in the grout of the counter, the shower floor was more gray and brown than white, and the furniture had multiple dings that can easily be fixed. The bedding was sub-par, small flat pillows, old worn bedding, etc. just absolutely not impressed. Would not stay here again. Doesn't do justice to the Biltmore name at all!!!

I stay here again next time I'm in town. The staff was really nice, the room was bigger than I expected and the beds were comfortable.

Everyone we came in contact with were very kind and personable. It made our stay comfortable.

As stated, hotel is worn. Threadbare carpet, shower area was rusty and paint peeling. Wifi was advertised but did not work. Although I wasn't moving signal went in and out. I gave up trying to use it. It's disappointing and frustrating as I was there on business and needed wifi. I think their wifi router is dialup. Sad. The added bonus was they checked me into a room that was already occupied. I told the clerk my keys didn't work and that I heard noise in the room. That couldn't be so he went with me, opened the door, and lo and behold a woman was inside and shocked to see us. Smooth move, Biltmore, smooth move.

Dirty room,no sheets for pull out. Noisy environment. Bad order. Hotel needs remodeling

This was the best trip for me and my fiance to get away from the bustling city. The area was nice and the hotel itself was superb. I will definetly be staying here upon my return.

We had to evacuate our vacation rental in Outer Banks. We found this hotel to spend the night, before our long journey home. It was in a convenient location and the employees were very nice. We had a late check-in. The hotel was old and in desperate need of updating. I felt like I was in an old hotel in a horror movie. The stay was inexpensive, however for the condition of the hotel, it should have been less. It has potential.

This hotel was a perfect getaway spot for a short weekend. The room was bigger than we thought it would be. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet.

Was perfect for our business trip. Close to everything we need

Stayed years ago and was fabulous. This time, the Jacuzzi needed some attention; as in the staff should be flushing/cleaning the jet systems between each stay. We run the hot water full, lit the candles, and then were completely grossed out when old/slimy appearing rose petals from previous guests began to flow out into our Jacuzzi tub, which we were submerged in... Also, the front desk was stone faced each time we seen them. They did not greet us in any way when coming/going from the hotel. I even waved to one as we come in the door and received no response. Unfortunately, this visit did not prove to be the wonderful experience we had during our last stay.

On May 3th, I took a trip to visit my son who attends college in Greensboro, North Carolina. I was looking for an inexpensive, well maintained hotel in the area. The hotel is well kept. There is a free continental breakfast available which is a nice benefit to me. However, expectations should be low about the hotel. It's not a national brand! If you have modest expectation, you will enjoy this visit. Let me say that Wi-Fi service was outstanding with few interruptions while I was streaming video. There aren’t many perks (i.e. exercise room has one treadmill). If you want to stay in a clean, great location hotel for ‘cheap,’ Biltmore Hotel is an excellent option..

The room at the Biltmore looked like a run down flop house. There was no hear. An air conditioner sat in the floor wrapped un a towel. The bed was hard as a Rick. It was disgusting. I didn't stay there.

I wanted an cheap room for a couple of nights in High Point and I got one at the Biltmore. The hotel looks good from the outside and for me it had a convenient location but the furniture in the room was old, stained and very tired looking. The furniture gives the impression that they don't care about their hotel.

shuttle service must be arranged beforehand. it is an independent operation.

An old hotel in an old office park. The cloth furniture was visibly dusty, leading one to think only a surface cleaning had been done in a long time. The office park was typical of 20-30 years ago, with restaurants nearby, but virtually no pedestrian access--we had to walk on the road. We wanted close access and a shuttle to the airport as we had no car. the room was very reasonable, almost cheap, so we have little room for complaint.

The layout and basic room design was good, it was much roomier than most motels, there was room to sit someplace other than on the bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I never spoke to one person that I felt like didn't pay attention or try to be helpful. The bar sink was coated with fibrous gunk and there was a lot of mold in the shower head. The rest of the bathroom was clean as a whistle and the towels were thick and nice. The motel was not close to our destination but the ten minute drive was worth it for the reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again but I will bring some spectrasan24 or steri-plex or something with me and clean the shower head before I take a shower.

Curtains fell off the rod when closing them. Shower door fell of track. There were few others in the hotel when we were there. Strangely quiet. Sofa stained. Not what we expected from the Biltmore name.

Nice place , but needs some work . A little bit outdated , needs to be updated .
