Americas Best Value Inn

The experience was ok, room appeared to be clean and comfortable, however the outside of the room and hotel was a lot to be desired, very dirty, leaves and cigarette buts were all over the place, seems like it wouldn't have taken much just to sweep it all up. To sum it up, you get what you pay for.

We had previously stayed at this hotel and were satisfied. However this trip was much different. Unfriendly staff. Terrible room. There were fiat sized holes in the wall behind the bathroom door and the odor in the room was almost unbearable. You get what you pay for and for my next visit I will pay more to stay somewhere else where I feel more comfortable and don't jump at every noise all night. And there were plenty noises!

In my recent stay at America's Best Value Inn I was pleased to find the room clean and comfortable. The office staff were kind and attentive to our request. I received what was paid for at an excellent value. I would recommend to anyone who doesn't need the fluff.

I just needed some good rest so this place met my needs nicely. The bed was super comfy. I would gladly stay here again.

Don't stay here! This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We had two rooms reserved. There were cobwebs, it needed to be vacuumed and the sinks didn't drain properly. The included breakfast was basically non-existent. T

i arrive to the hotel to check in however no one was at the front desk to assist me i called out for assistance i also rang their bell after 20 of waiting i used my cellular to call their phone number finally it took 25 min and several attemps i got my room witch it was a big disapointment room was not even close to their web page photo bathroom dirty with tampax rapers behind toilet. if i needed to call front desk no answer front desk was always unattended. next day no one clean my room i had to take garbage out my self and when asked for clean towels she would not bring it to the room i had to pick up my self. the worst hotel i ever came to stay in.

The room was clean and had the things we were looking for: beds, shower, TV, heat/air. For the price we got what we needed. We were only there to sleep, and take a shower and the room met our needs.

The only staff we encountered were behind a glass enclosure In the lobby entry way. When we checked out not much better. We weren't really spoken to, other than them requesting the confirmation number and when they mouth our room number as we were handed the key. When checking out...similar exchange. The sheets were of a very poor quality, and the pillows were a loose foam rubber. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on by a stripped screw. The desk clock was unplugged. Sort of had the feeling that perhaps the rooms should be rented by the hour. As far as positives - it did not smell like cigarette smoke, there was a remote for the TV, and there was an ice bucket with a plastic bag liner (though despite searching several times, could not find an ice machine).

The room was clean, but small. The heating/cooling unit worked, but needed repair. The room was very clean and smelled fine--neither perfume-y nor old odors. The continental breakfast was very meagre--coffee, two cereals, and two muffins. And white bread for toast. The staff, however, was lovely--very kind and respectful, very thoughtful. They were the best part of our stay.

I stayed here during a clinical rotation at an area hospital. As students we are always trying to find the cheapest place thats clean and safe! We spent a total of 6 nights in this hotel over a 2 week period. The rooms are clean and comfortable, however they aren't the most updated rooms. The location is good, close to the mall and many resturants, and was 5 mins from our clinical site. The staff was friendly, very accomodating...but due to lack of business (I think there might have been 3 other guest staying during both our trips) there was no complimentary breakfast. I'd stay here again just from simply a cost standpoint, the value can't be beat for just needing a place to lay my head.

Just a place to sleep after a great night,and that what a got not a 5 star...but better then a 2 star

Quiet, clean, basic decor. Convenient location for shopping and dining. I didn't have any trouble in this hotel.
