The floors were unswept, the bedspreads were stained, and there were black hairs stuck to the shower walls. I also killed a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The hotel was good overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet given the large number of kids staying there. The bed was a bit hard. The worst issue was the pool - so much chlorine and not well ventilated that my kids didn't want to swim (they ALWAYS want to be in a pool).
Needed a room on the way to Bloomington for college move in day and this was it. I will stay here next move in/out day. Close to school and fabulous accommodations!
Visiting family for reunion. Perfect hotel in Greenfield. Very clean, nicely decorated, the staff were the nicest. Location near many restaurants and shopping. Hotel continental breakfast was great. Will stay there next visit
me and my girlfriend stayed in an oversized suite and it was awesome, bathroom was big and well laid out, king size bed was very comfortable
Nicest Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. We were there to see family, were even able to have the grandchildren over for a swim (really nice pool). The staff was great, and the breakfast was wonderful. We will stay again when visiting!!
